Just a bunch of really nice people doing their best to take care of their customers. Costs are reasonable, tellers are friendly, even the folks in the offices take time to smile and say hello. Drive thru lady is especially nice. Now, the bank I am talking about is the one in Hoover at 119 and 280. Can't say about the others, but this one bank is really good. I have moved and they are now out of my way but I still use them. My only concern is that someday some big banking corporation from up North will come in and buy them out and turn it into just another bank.
