I am a long time Bremer customer, personal and investment with primary account in Saint Cloud. I have had occasion to utilize the Plymouth branch since I have moved to Maple Grove. The tellers have been extremely engaging and helpful. Today had a need to do basic deposit and get a certified check. Requested to see a personal banker regarding this not understanding that the teller could handle the transaction. The personal banker did not introduce herself, ask who we were and simply asked what we needed. Explained the need for a certified check, she simply seemed bothered by the request and redirected us back to the teller. The banker had very little affect or energy. Rest assured that the personal banker in St Cloud would have happily taken care of the transaction. Any thought i had of transferring my primary account to Plymouth decided by this negative interaction.
