if you don't care how a bank manager talks to you then go ahead join this bank. I opened up my account in 1990 and have been through many of their employees. NEVER had a problem until this joker showed up. It has been years and
he is only getting worse.My husband wants us out of there. I am in the process now.

True. Most of BB's employees are polite and professional toward customers, except when it comes to responding (in writing to simple, polite requests for information/investigating problems. BB prefers to disregard the request and/or ignore the request with any details given by not responding (in writing, per the customer's request, via mail or e-mail.)
