My daughter deposited the wrong check into my account.  This branch blocked my account.  I had wire transfers coming in and was trying to handle business while out of town to retrieve my child's body. We are out of sorts due to the recent death of her brother. I returned home and even a call from a local CA branch would not convince THIS location to remove the block that ONLY a local branch can remove.  In the meantime they let a wire transfer of cash be deposited and yet they are not allowing me to withdrawal the money. LMAO.  Absolutely TERRIBLE bank branch without empathy compassion or common sense. I am paying bills and they are being rejected.  I intend to take this all the way up the US Bank chain of command.  Disgusting.

This bank is incapable of protecting the integrity of your financial data.  I've been robbed 4-5 times since opening my account(s) in Jan. 2010.  Worse yet, this bank has Incredibly crappy customer service when their compromising of your financial data results in screwed up finances, over charges etc, unless you are a high dollar stakes client.  But, they charmingly state, "the result is out of our hands, determined by an algorithm based on the 'client relationship'"--meaning, apparently, their computer tells them I am not a sufficiently high dollar client to be worth fixing their scr*w up for!

I received a check from an item I sold at an Auction house and the check was drawn on BOKF, National Association. Since the auction house and I are not from OK, I called to see if their local affiliate here, would honor the check. They said NO K! Don't call it a National Association if you won't handle the most menial tasks a bank is supposed to handle.

I find the service at this bank to be exceptional.  The tellers are very helpful and extremely friendly.  I have banked at other banks but so far this one has provided me and my entire family with superior service.

I wait a long time everytime I go to this branch which is close to my home unfortunately. I changed my name over 2 years ago and they still call me the incorrect name. They refuse to listen to complaints and treat my family very badly. I want to change banks but don't know who is better. I find the times have changed with customer service in banking. They, especially Bank Of Oklahoma, do NOT care about the customers. I have heard them be rude to others in the drive-thru. They embarrass everyone. I wish they could get my name straight, especially when I went into to the bank with the proper documentation to change it. People reading this should steer clear of this bank, especially this branch. Their fees have increased GREATLY also making this bank undesirable to all. I have sent complaints but to no avail. They hold up for the tellers!
