My daughter deposited the wrong check into my account. This branch blocked my account. I had wire transfers coming in and was trying to handle business while out of town to retrieve my child's body. We are out of sorts due to the recent death of her brother. I returned home and even a call from a local CA branch would not convince THIS location to remove the block that ONLY a local branch can remove. In the meantime they let a wire transfer of cash be deposited and yet they are not allowing me to withdrawal the money. LMAO. Absolutely TERRIBLE bank branch without empathy compassion or common sense. I am paying bills and they are being rejected. I intend to take this all the way up the US Bank chain of command. Disgusting.
