Hit the Bollard at the ATM. Called Office and was transferred to Properties Management and got the most unprofessional Person I've ever met.(especially since I set Bollards at many banks). Check Peoples I set those.
Yours are to far from the structural member they're trying to protect.

I was going to suggest a long orange rod set on top for visibility., instead I got some idiot.

 I  didn't even ask for money. will transfer funds to another bank at the end of calendar year.

One of my attorneys suggest a suit but for the amount of damage the lawyer would cost more than the damage.
