I opened two accounts with BOJH- a personal and business. The business account came with the two words in my business name reversed on the checks (so it wasn't my busienss name at all), and the teller replied that she would fix it when it came time to order new checks- not good. A year later, when she had left, another employee had the bank order me new checks with the correct name.
When I was issued new credit/debit cards automatically at the expiration, I received two cards with the same exact number- and my personal card was debiting from my busienss account, which took days to figure out. I went to the Wilson branch and they supposedly 'fixed' the problem. However, with two cards in the same number, I asked how an online transaction could differentiate between the accounts- the answer from the main branch was that it couldn't and they would order me new cards as the Wilson branch had shredded my expiring personal card. I am not without a debit/credit card to access my personal account for two weeks while the cards are ordered and coming. An awful experience. I am changing banks as soon as I have time to deal with the inconvenience.
