Poor online account management no after hour customer service

I have been doing business with bank of commerce for about a year, most often the atm machine is always temporary out of service, and when I'm trying to login into my online account it's never recognizing my password or username, never mind calling after hour because you cant. I'm withdrawing and closing my account early in the morning. Here I come Region's bank
