Mr. Farmer & Karen Gentry were both great in helping us with the second mortgage on our home 2 years ago. Mr. Farmer was very patient & caring when we had an emergency and needed to skip a couple of payments. We have found Steve (new loan officer after Mr. Farmer retired) to be just as helpful and kind.

Do not get a loan from this bank. Their mission statement says they care about idividuals and the community and really all they care about money. I had an automobile loan thru them and they do not try and work with you if you are a day late making a payment and just when you almost have your loan paid off get 1 day late and they will reposess your vehicle without any notice
