I mainly do my business online and via telcon. I use their Rewards programs they offer on my credit cards and enjoy my rewards, especially the additional % given when I put the Reward's $$ back into one of my accounts. Several times I've needed several large sums of money wired or electronically sent to another bank, the managers went way out of their way to ensure it got done quickly, correctly and then followed up with me to ensure my financial/personal needs were met. Other than the fact a good portion of BofA is owned by the Roman Catholic Church, I appreciate their service.
