I talked with the manager and some guy named chris. probably the two nicest people i've met in a bank.

I walked into the bank not sure if it was open because the place looks like it was closed. the place looks like its going to fall apart but was surprised when i was greeted in chinese by a white guy. anyway, it took 45 minutes to cash a check but the staff was friendly enough.
