I went in to do some business that required me to go in person. When I arrived there were 9 people in line. ONE teller that seemed in no hurry. I respect the fact that customers deserve complete and accurate transactions, but I waited for the Single teller for over 40 minutes. I resent the fact that the managers and staff have little concern for their customers. Our time is as valuable as theirs. I would direct this complaint to Jamie Rogers if he is still manger. I also have accounts at Chase in Bonney Lake W.A. and they always have multiple tellers on duty to take care of their customers. Total wait time as been no longer than 3 minutes  and they are always watching to see if they need to add a teller to handle the line.

It has been a pleasure to work with this bank. The staff members were all very welcoming and provided great service. The banker Mr. Zhao has helped me a lot with making a claim and applying for a credit card.

Tellers at this location lack customer service skills. Always doing the bare minimum. As a Business account holder, I would avoid this particular branch.
