I have never had a problem with this location. They are friendly. They are helpful. I have never waited more than a couple of minutes, either in person or on the phone. I have always had my questions answered, they are knowledgeable and forth coming.

I set up a business account as a new business owner with just a small deposit of $25.00 to open the account. I then applied for a small business loan to get started and provided a business plan. In two days I was denied the loan for lack of financial income for the business. (This was new).
So within a few months they began charging my account a $2.00 fee which I questioned and they stopped charging the fee. This year, 2015, they've begun charging the $2.00 again, I now have $12.00 in my business account. I am closing this account and starting with another bank who cares, their slogan "you matter more" is really misleading, it should be "you're money matters more". I would tell people to find another bank who cares about their customers.

On hold for 48 minutes as of now to clarify a loan modification agreement mailed on March 10th still not processed, and I am receiving a request for payment on old loan agreement for April 1st, when I have already signed and agreed to the modified loan, signed sealed and delivered, and confirmed delivery was March 12th. Every time I call I get transferred to nowhere with no resolution with no loan officer. What is this banks problem. It should be reported to some officials, or bank regulators. What options do I have, does anyone have any solutions?
