Been with them for over 40 years. I kept them even when I moved to Pennsylvania. The staff is very helpful and professional and willing to help with any and all of your needs.

I joined this bank soon after they opened, which was August 2019. Many of the people there know my name when I walk in. Friendly, very helpful and personable. Most every review on this page, of which many are low reviews, are from before this bank even opened their doors. They are also from all over Oklahoma.

Rude service at drive-thru

I have been with this bank for a number of years. Most of the time the service hasn't been that bad, until earlier this month. I made back-to-back deposits and both times, the people working the drive-thru made me feel really uncomfortable. The second time I went to make a deposit, they were even more rude. I got the sense that they were talking about me..I mean really??? I'll try to avoid that location for a while. Banks need friendly people working there.

I went to my local bank in Chanlder BancFirst main entry way to cash my check The employee said I need my mother to sign off I exit than I went to the branch they cash it without any problems The older employee is professional an cash it that branch for BancFirst rocks Amen to that older lady that young lady was not professional at all she had dark brown hair blue eyes with a blue shirt on
