I was merrily using their ATM when their ATM shut down and would not give me my debit card back. The representative on the phone refused to assist me with getting my debit card back. I went inside the bank and the rude and unprofessional bank manager told me that since I am not a Bancfirst account holder that they will not help me with getting my debit card back. This is just wrong. I paid to use their ATM and there is no reason they should refuse to help me get my card back. I would not use this bank if I was paid to. Their customer service is terrible and they are out of line for this type of business.
