Been with them for over 40 years. I kept them even when I moved to Pennsylvania. The staff is very helpful and professional and willing to help with any and all of your needs.

I joined this bank soon after they opened, which was August 2019.  Many of the people there know my name when I walk in.  Friendly, very helpful and personable.  Most every review on this page, of which many are low reviews, are from before this bank even opened their doors.  They are also from all over Oklahoma.

My first time in the bank, about 4 years ago, I was amazed at the fact that the staff knew the names of people walking in the door.  It has a small town feel in a big city.  I don't go inside very often, but when I do, it is a very friendly environment, and it feels sincere.  Also, I like the fact that there is very low turnover with the staff, that tells me they are a good place to work.
My only complaint is that there is not a location close to downtown.  I keep my account at another bank open for convenience purposes only.

Looking at the reports on TROUBLED ASSETS RATIO...during the bank "crash" of September 2009, BancFirst was TWICE as safe as Bank of Oklahoma. At that time, if you had deposits at the BOK, you had to start worrying about bank failure, but BancFirst always remained sound. Today in Apr.2012, BancFirst has far less "troubled assets" than the average bank.  
  Partly, I wrote this to REJECT the trivial comments of Mr. Jones. Let him go put his money in the BOK or even one like 1st National Bank of Davis, OK., which failed recently.!

We have dealt with the Madill branch of Bancfirst for 8 years and always found them to be very helpful. We rarely have to wait to speak to a representative and find them an excellent bank in every way
