Rude service at drive-thru

I have been with this bank for a number of years. Most of the time the service hasn't been that bad, until earlier this month. I made back-to-back deposits and both times, the people working the drive-thru made me feel really uncomfortable. The second time I went to make a deposit, they were even more rude. I got the sense that they were talking about me..I mean really??? I'll try to avoid that location for a while. Banks need friendly people working there.

A fellow named Chris, did not wait on me until after about 10 minutes, even though I was the only customer in the bank.  I guess reading ESPN from his computer was more important than helping me.
