My first time in the bank, about 4 years ago, I was amazed at the fact that the staff knew the names of people walking in the door. It has a small town feel in a big city. I don't go inside very often, but when I do, it is a very friendly environment, and it feels sincere. Also, I like the fact that there is very low turnover with the staff, that tells me they are a good place to work.
My only complaint is that there is not a location close to downtown. I keep my account at another bank open for convenience purposes only.
