The manager was extremely rude and argumentative when I commented that I should not have $31 in late fees because I had been paying my payment on time. She told me it must have been my fault for not making it clear I wanted to make a payment to get caught back up. She rolled her eyes, leaned toward me in an attempt to seem intimidating and raised her voice numerous times. If this is the sort of pathetic management the bank is known for I will never bank with them again. Likewise, I will implore everyone I know to close any account they have with this bank and bank with SunTrust. The staff there never argue or disrespect customers.
