I have been paying a high interest rate on my home. I am a disabled veteran with my own small auto repair. I have substantial funds at assotiated, savings, business checking, personal checking,and my wife's business checking. My credit score is a 740 and everything is current. Associated will not refinance at the lower rate with the excuse of not enough income. Really, I think it is just better to keep taking the extra money each month than to refinance. Banks hide behind there so called rules at times.
