Bobby Holt from aj bank in greeneille,tn.and his bank lawyer did a title search on some property i bought. On my loan from aj bank,they said the persons land that i bought was free and clear with no leins in the title search they did. I went to another bank to refinance my loan and guess what,the other bank found that property had a huge lein on it. I paid Mr. Holt and aj bank closing costs and he was suppose to do a title search on this property before he gave me a loan, and apparently he did not do his job. Now I am having to wait on my current loan with another bank to get this mess cleared up.Bobby Holt should be fired from Andrew Johnson Bank. He made a huge mess on my loan and now it is costing me more time and inconvenience.

Bobby holt is friends with contractor Travis Cooter. They have this buddy system, bate and switch thing. Travis Cooter refers Bobby Holt at Andrew Johnson Bank for a construction loan and then if Holt gives you a loan. He will promise you a fixed rate loan at the end of the construction loan but he gives you the run around and never does what he says. Don't trust Holt, Andrew Johnson Bank or Travis Cooter {the so-called contractor) they will both screw you over. By the way, Travis Cooter couldn't build a dog house. Don't trust either of them, I know.

Gouges people in every way possible. Some tellers are pleasant but some are insulting. If you have a problem it doesn't matter who you talk to about it.

Bobby Holt is a sorry excuse for a banker. All he cares about is getting your money and then never returns your phone calls when you have a question.Same goes for his sidekick Amanda Hopson.I will never do buisness with these people or Andrew Johnson Bank again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
