Good Luck trying to get thru to customer service. Tried to set up online banking with mis-information from non-helpful teller, ended up locking the acccount and having to contact CS 3 times call 40-55min wait each time, then call drops.

they made mistakes with my money two times in the first two  months! and stuck me waiting until they figured it out before I could get my money   I am done with them

The staff is rude and have no desire to help anyone.  The fees are outrageous!

Unprofessional staff, terrible interest rates, and questionable banking practices. Call the local number and it will route your call to a call center.
