I have nothing against first Source bank but I will never, and I mean never, go back to the one in Martin's in Granger. That CSR Supervisor Rachel was very rude. I don't know how she got to be a CSR with that attitude, but I thought 1st source should know how bad she is before they loose business over her. She refused to give me her whole name, but she was impressed with herself to give me her title. I recommend 1st Source as a bank, but I recommend you never go to this one.
