This review is for the Drive Thru banking only.
Wait times are ridiculous! Today I was in line for 25 minutes, with only two cars in line. There was only one Teller, but she kept disappearing from the window and going inside the bank to do whatever. Either she was unskilled at her job and had to keep asking supervisors how handle things, or it was something else other than being efficient.
My suggestions would be:
~ Have more than one Teller, or at least have her trainer/supervisor with her to demonstrate and to keep the system moving smoothly.
~  Instruct the Teller to identify those customer transactions which will require extra time, and direct the customer to come into the bank to take care of their business accordingly. The Drive Thru is not the place to do lengthy or multiple transactions, which defeats the entire purpose of speedy efficiency.
