I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 years and have never felt so un valued as a customer as I do today!
I over drafted for the first time which I easily fixed when I received a notification email, and called the bank to see if the fee could be reversed. The phone rep said she could only do half the fee, but perhaps if I went to my nearby bank they could refund the rest.
When I got to the bank, they said there was nothing they could do because there was already a reversal on the fee.
The manager said it was due to the system And I refused to believe that there was nothing that they could do. I told her that I was going to close my accounts and she could care less.
The manager at the Wells Fargo Potranco 1604 branch does not value the customer. She was not the bit sorry that she was about to lose a customer. I'm so done with banks and their fees!!! Credit unions are the way to go!!!
