It is a nightmare to dispute an item. You need to go to a branch to put in every dispute. They don't follow protocal regarding the dispute process. I put a dispute in they did not bother to receive the dispute form and documentation to actually work on my dispute. They simply called the merchant and that is it. I was not notified that my dispute was being worked on and I thought it was not worked on since I had not submitted the dispute form. And then when I submitted the dispute form, they told me that was claim was already denied and my claim closed. They did not even notify me about the status of my claim and that my claim was denied. Don't expect to get your money back if you place a dispute. I ordered something and never got the item. The merchant told me the item was shipped and it was never shipped. I provided the documentation verifying that I never received the item, gave them the tracking number and they said there was nothing they could do and just to deal with the merchant which I contacted the merchant by phone and they don't pick up the phone and they don't reply to emails either. So, I paid $147 and I never received the item and Liberty Bank is saying there is nothing they can do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL SWITCH BANK.
