I came into the bank and met with a bank employee concerning paying off my home equity line of credit. He took all my information and escorted me into his office where he proceeded to pick up the phone, call the numbers that I had already called. After 20 minutes and 4 tranfers he was disconnected. I informed him that I was late for work and he told me he would look into the matter and call me back. Well 3 days later I had to call him and SURPRISE, SURPISE, he wasn't able to do a thing. What a joke!
