I recently visited the East Brunswick branch to make a deposit. There were a few people waiting in front of me - nothing unusual, so I waited patiently for my turn. When it was my turn at the front counter a woman who I later learned was Assistant Manager Beverly hurried to help me. She got immediately annoyed with me because of the $100 bills I was depositing after I told her I wanted to quickly double check the amount. She loudly & rudely told me to step aside so she could help other customers! Omg I was humiliated, shocked & embarrassed by her behavior towards me! The other customers waiting told me it was okay & for her not to worry. I smiled & thanked them for their patience & kindness. I told this Assistant Manager Beverly that I did not appreciate her rudeness & how she embarrassed me especially since " I am " a customer. I called to report her poor treatment to a manager & have been told several times that they were not a available or on vacation. My husband & I will be happily switching our accounts to a new bank for humane customer service as soon as possible. We will never do business with TD Bank again for anything. The customer service at this branch is dismal. I have my personal AND checking accounts with this bank and still get "Cold" service when I go into the branch for any reason. The tellers are fine...all who sit behind a desk are not.
