manager at Yuba city branch Vanessa is so rude she does not care about customer service at all . looks like she does not know how to keep customer service happy .

I've banked with many different banks and this was my worst experience by far. The people working inside the bank are nice but the bank's policies are terrible. They messed up my online payments, they charge too much for the maintenance fee. Even automatic payments don't go through correctly, do not bank with U.S. Bank!

I've banked with many different banks and this was my worst experience by far. The people working inside the bank are nice but the bank's policies are terrible.
