This bank does everything it can to nickle and dime their customers to death! Then when they erroneously charge you an overdraft fee, the manager, instead of apologizing and correcting the problem, gets angry because he can't convince you it's not their fault and then walks away in the middle of the conversation! I had to call into the customer service center to get it resolved. Incidents like this over and over again. Worst bank ever in Seattle! I would have given them a zero if I could have.
