First Security seems to have constant problems with their ATMs. This morning the ATM took the card and just locked up. There is plenty of money in the account, so this could not have been the problem. We backed up a little to get the attention of the person working at the drive-through window, thinking she would send somebody out to help; but she told us we had to drive around to get help. We were hesitant to drive away from the machine in case it suddenly spit the card back out, but basically were given no choice. We drove around and parked and noticed that a bank employee was now at the machine working on it. We drove back to it, but was told she could not give us the card -- we had to go inside and get it. We drove back around to park, went inside, and the card was handed back without any requirement of showing ID or anything. I don't know what this little exercise in giving us the runaround was about, but it isn't the first time it's happened. We've banked with First Security and its predecessors for about 30 years, and frankly it had been one aggravation after another. Their company policy seems to be incompetence and rudeness. This is the last straw, however. I'm finally getting a clue and moving to another bank.

You are reviewing the wrong bank. This First Security Bank is in Missouri. It only has 2 branches. It is not the same as the one in Arkansas. That is a different bank with the same name.
