I like this bank for all of its convenient online features. It is quick and easy to pay bills, transfer funds between accounts, deposit at home and its ATM refund policy (when you use another bank's ATM USAA refunds the other bank's fees... though this feature IS necessary as USAA doesnt have any ATMs). That being said I dont get the warm fuzzy feeling i get with a brick and mortar bank. I dont know any of the customer service agents and they dont know me... im not saying i feel like a number.... because they are warm over the phone... but it isnt the same as having someone one you know at a branch. Also, obviously, you dont have the convenience of them cashing a check on another bank for you etc....
