We have a business account with this branch, and when there was potential fraud on our account, I received the brush off from Simon at the Magnolia branch to call the 24 hour US Bank line. When I called the 24 hour line, they told me that he could have helped me since it was a business account. I called the office a few hours later, and was told again by Simon that he couldn't help me because he was in the middle of something on his computer. He said he could call me back in ten minutes and acted as if I was an inconvenience. I am not sure if they are understaffed or just poor at customer service, but I was frustrated as that was my fourth call to alert them about potential fraud. Ricardo the customer service manager returned my call - very clear Simon was not interested in helping me in the least. I will be moving my account from this branch, and possibly from US Bank.

I opened a 2nd account her. . On-line is free if you keep, I think $100 a month average and get $25 put into savings each month. They are so friendly, they know my name and treat me like I am a 'million bucks'. I wanted to make this our only bank, but my husband wants to stick with his downtown credit union which is hard to get to for me. Magnolia has a parking lot and there is no waiting.

Everyone working at this branch is so polite and they will do their best to help you with your accounts.
Josh has really helped me and I really appreciate his attention and politeness. I have done business with several banks in my past, from California to Nevada and U.S. Bank in Magnolia has far exceeded all of them in their great customer service. If you're thinking of opening an acct. make sure you check out this bank in Magnolia, you won't be sorry...
