I’ve been a customer for about 9 years. This is my favorite bank for many reasons. After being a customer of 2 other banks - 1 local and 1 national, I opened accounts with US Bank. They have super helpful, friendly and extremely courteous customer service. The bank’s fraud prevention department saved me twice after somebody stole my CC number and used it online. They blocked the transactions right away. I highly recommend US Bank for its great service and high ethical standards.
