I went to this location to have a document notarized. I called several days before to see if both parties had to be account holders and was told one was ok. Today I arrived and was informed both parties had to be USBANK customers. I left and went to the Bonner Springs location which provided outstanding customer service with no questions asked. Thank You, Bonner location for your curiosity.

I went to this location to have a document notarized. I called several days before to see if both parties had to be account holders and was told one was ok. Wouldn't cash my check even though I have an account

I've been banking with them for years, but when I went to cash my check today they wouldn't cash the entire check said they would only give me 500 and I can get the rest tomorrow. They told me to go where my payroll check is from or to Kmart. I have never had this happen before and I am not happy about it. Maybe it really is time to change banks.
