refinance my trailor

by sixfooter on Dec. 28, 2009 in Mortgage

I have a trailor ,1995 double-wide financed with a payoff of around 16,600 and I need to move it to my property of 27 acres that is not under mortgage. The cost of moving is around 7000. I may have to do roof repairs due to a recent leak. This may cost anywhere from100-3000 in repairs. I want to refinance it is it worth it . It is a very nice trailor, with good upkeep. What kind of rate do you think I can get on it.
