How can I get a signature loan to get caught up?

I have had to take on the burden of my son's family of 3 while he goes to school fulltime.  This has stripped my savings and left me with a negative balance more than once.  I make excellent money, however in order to get caught up I would need a small signature loan to get caught up and to a positive balance.  Can you explain what is needed to do this.  We are desperate at this time.
