I love this bank! The free checking account and interest rates are great!  The mobile app is easy to use and has so many features. Overall, it’s got big bank capabilities with hometown service and a friendly atmosphere.

When I walked in a lady just up and asked what I was looking for, instead of saying, hello welcome to lone star bank how may I help you.

She looked scared. I think it's because I a tall black Man. I felt extremely uncomfortable and tried to bring it down by looking around and then saying I looking for the bank.

She then said this is the bank, and I said well I'm in the right place.

Everyone that was working was just staring at me, and when I said that everyone laughed.

I was disappointed.

She then took the check I was cashing wrote all over it and then refused to pay it because the amount was too high and I am not a client of the bank. She then call a manager who is sitting 15 feet from us. He answers the phone and obviously I can hear and see him. And they talk about my check, it was very silly.

I was made to feel very beneath them. So I letting you know. I am dvery disappointed.
