Even after moving across the country, I continue to use Gatesville branch of Extraco Bank. This is how and what a bank should be to everyone! The customer service is OUTSTANDING! That tells you that this bank is not only good to its customers but also to its employees. People really care!
Just for one example, I needed to have some papers expedited for the closing of my new home after my old home was burned down, and was in a very fragile state of mind. Patricia made it all happen so smoothly and I am happy to say that it all worked out for me.
Whether I have had tens of thousands or practically broke, I am treated with the same respect. As a senior, this means the world to me!
If I haven't said it enough to the individuals I've dealt with so far, thank you Gatesville Extraco Bank for being Big on character!

Started banking with them last May and since opened several other accounts. The branch staff is very friendly, knowlegeable,and efficient. Have used their services for power of attorney; notary; and bonds cashing. All done with promptness and efficacy.
Have accounts at other banks and considers this one the best in that it provides in addition to banking, high yield accounts and brokerage services at a very low fee.
