I have experienced THE worst "customer service" ever when dealing with this so-called company. I asked the simple question of being informed of what account my money was sent to for a distribution, and was denied. I was told that the information was not accessible to the representative. I followed up the initial call with several calls over the next few days, and was given the run around. The money ended up being sent to the wrong account, and the company would not accept fault for this error. Instead, they tried to place blame on myself and the third party company who sent over the request. The issue has now been escalated much further than neccessary because they refused to expedite the matter. I would not reccommend this company to anyone! Do NOT invest with this company! If you do, you will regret it, trust me.
