I've had great experiences with this bank. I had a mysterious charge on my card I called them up, waited a minute or so for a Rep, and by the time I hung up my money was back in my account and since it was a suspicious charge the account was closed and a new card was in my hand about 5 days later. Excellent customer service.

we are trying to contact these people as my wife had her direct deposit account with a different bank cancelled by some hacker and he/she use this bank to try to steal her money. I cant even contact them to find out who the hell did this..

I just found out some hacker from turbo tax used my account and this was the bank they used to try and transfer the funds. I am trying to get a hold of them also! Glad I am not the only one!

Same here. Someone used an account here to get a tax refund in my name. Traced it to one of their prepaid cards (if the checking account number starts with 61) but calling the 3 pd card companies say theirs no record of an account using my S/S number. Black hole with no answers either

I was very disappointed in my recent transactions. I received an offer for the American Express Blue Cash Everyday Card. I tried to call on three separate occasions and the agents could not help me. One said the code meant they wanted me to "swap" out one credit card for another. One agent thought I wanted a business account. The last agent could not help me and said he would give my number to a supervisor who would call me back. I never received a call. It is now November 1 and I cannot take advantage of the offer. I am very disappointed and have had an account with American Express for 31 years.

Literally everyone on this review site so far is complaining about American Express or Turbo Tax hacking them, when in reality they just cant keep their computers secure.

I am going through the same thing via Turbo Tax as well. I was told I will need to contact the IRS to try and get something back but even that is a joke. And these people are having "technical difficulties!!!" with their phones. If anyone can get through please let us all know via here!!!

This company is a joke. No one speals fluent english an all calls are routed over seas to India an Pakistan. No one excepts the checks eother. So basically have no access to our money because a representstive caccelled my husbands vard witb put his knowledge.

Another victim here, turbotax account has been compromised. Hacker changed routing and checking acct to Americn express centurion bank. It seems like these pre-paid cards are the hackers favorite.
I caught this pretty early and after calling IRS, I called this bank and they were able to lock it down, IRS still sent my refund but it was rejected the very same day it came in. Hackers didn't get a red cent on our behalf.
No more e-file from this point forward and I will make sure we owe money every year from now on because let's be honest, I think this tax refund fraud will only get worse and worse and if I get hacked again, they can go ahead and pay what I owe.
