I walked in there to cash a check I did not have a account basically was attacked by people trying to open a new account start new loans they wouldn't take no for an answer so finally I agree to listen and give them my name and information tential a changing over to a business loan from one bank to possibly Wells Fargo didn't hear nothing back from him also can I get the debit card in the mail and a letter stating that I had a new account with checking and savings which I did not authorize or approve of that place is a joke the people there are rude obnoxious and unprofessional the whole staff to be fired and real stablished that is the worst excuse for Wells Fargo Bank of ever seen especially the gal sitting by the door and claims to be a loan officer

The slowest bank I have ever encountered. I waited 15 minutes to make a simple deposit with only one car ahead of me. It is the same inside the bank. They may have one teller that can actually count money. When I called the bank to speak with the branch manager he was not available and when I asked to be put through to his voicemail I was told he does not have voicemail. To add insult to injury the slow teller tries to smooth over his ineptness by telling everyone to "have a blessed day"

I am reviewing the customer service of the store manager Jon Wall, (his name tag says his title is store manager). I went to ask about a problem I see with our credit balance. He told me he cannot see that on his system, he asked me what credit product I have. I showed him the credit product I have on my phone, and he said he does not know the name of the product and cannot give me number to call. He also said he does not have the product and I should know the name of the product because I have it. After a while he got a tel and write that down, I started to question his manager knowledge and he asked "Do you want the number" and I asked him if he was threatening me. He told me he is not threatening me and questioned me why I said that. No where in my dealing with him did he ever say thank you, sorry. The customer is not always first. This bank lied before twice with regards to our mortgage application, debited our checking account with a service fee when the account does not warrant fees. This bank stonewalls and refuses to help customers. The worst bank I ever have in my life to date. I have banked with Citi and smaller banks, never have I banked with such a unethical bank. When we applied for a mortgage, they charged our credit as a cash advance for an appraisal when that should be charged as a credit; they have the galls to say they cannot reverse the transaction and make that a credit transaction instead of a cash advance. If I can give them cow dung as rating , I would do so.

Wells Fargo is a revolting bank. They have no regard for their customers other then bank fees. They just take and take and make no effort to help those who need it. They are only there to help those who have a ton of money already and not there to help those who actually need help. I am completely disgusted by the people that work here and the policies that govern. I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen to choose wisely when banking. Choose someone who actually listens and cares for their patrons.

Called to see if a charge to my account could be waived due to a mistake on another party, which in returned charged me. Bank manager was rude and told me that this was my problem and maybe I should keep better track of things. Just to say I will find another bank that actually wants to help it's customers.

They want the client know everything is impossible u got to help too,and there is not atm near u gott to find a bank to dont charge that ironic because its obligue that you gonna take money from a otgher atm and they charge u a lot ,you they got to make more atms different places and too much abusive they want everything and nothing for the client why? Wells Fargo Bank Naples Park off of Immokalee is the WORST bank ever! Explain to me how a BANK , open during BANKING HOURS... Does not have a BANKER available at 1:30 pm in the afternoon??? No one , not one person in the bank is able to give me my debit card???? Wowww thats the epidemy of awful customer service, poor staffing and sheer stupidity. Wells Fargo if you cant compete with the new wave of customer service and convinience GET OUT OF THE GAME !!!

I have had the same problem with the Lynden WA branch. I've been trying since 10/17 (today is 11/6) to send money from my Wells account to an account in another country. I was told twice I needed to come into the Lynden branch in person, neither time was the transaction possible because "they didn't know how." I have now called 4 times, each time I was told that someone would call me back that same day. I have heard NOTHING! Wells Fargo should know how these people at the Lynden WA branch are representing them and should be replaced with people who care. Shame, shame, shame on you LYNDEN WA

Do not bank at Wells Fargo in sandpoint Idaho. They do not return calls when they are suppose to and when they did call back after 3 calls from me it was’nt from either of the managers I requested to speak to. They made a obvious bank error and would not take responsibility and charged me overdraft fees.It’s clear to me now why there is such a huge employee turnover at this branch.

Went in to make a withdrawal. The line had about 20-25 people in line and was moving slow. When my turn came the teller asked what I intended to do with the money. How rude, then he asked more questions about my finaces and tries to sell me a loan or credit card,said I was not interested and he continuesd his pitch. Wanted my phone number to call me later for more offers, didnt want to take no for an answer. Now I know why it takes so long to get waited on. Everyone is suppose to do that to all customers to sell, sell. Where is customer courtesy.

SAME OMFG THIS HAPPENED ON THE SAME DAY TOO. Wow. It was AWFUL and when I tried to complain about him to the manager, she shooed me away and said she was busy... I can literally take my money elsewhere - terrible service and incredibly pushy..

Beyond doubt the Wells Fargo branch bank in Rifle Colorado is the worst branch bank of any bank in North America. Their personnel glom onto your money like it belongs to them and will do everything possible, place whatever hindrances they can in front of you, to prevent you from attaining your funds. All the while chanting, "its bank rules". I hate just walking in the front door. These people give me the creeps. They give other respectable bankers a bad name.
I once opened an interest bearing checking account under the condition that I would be able to have full access to the funds whenever I wanted. When the day came that I wanted to withdraw money I was told that the banker who opened that account for me was on a honeymoon and I would have to wait until his return. ??? Is this not the 21st century? To make a long story short - to get those funds, their next attempt to keep my money was to make those same funds available to me.... as a short term loan at 17 % interest. !!!!!! The "personal banker" actually had a note drawn up and expected me to sign it. Hey Polly, remember me? It took 3 tries that day and finally I was able to withdraw money from my own account. Wells Fargo should be officially listed as a criminal enterprise. They need to be forced to work in places like Bosnia, Romania, Iraq. Some other place full of criminal types like themselves.
Dealing with the bank management in Rifle Colorado is nightmarish. Because of this and other poor treatment, they needn't worry why it is that I don't bank there any more. For the past 10 years I've been banking at the Alpine bank branch in Rifle Colorado. They've been very helpful and give great service.

The Wells Fargo branch in Centre Square at 15th and Market is terrible. only a few of the tellers are nice and helpful. You will wait in line forever 95% of the time!!! Most of the tellers move slowly...I have no idea why. It's frustrating. I only go here for work deposits but it still sucks. There is one woman who will not even lean over to pick up your deposit - you have to lean way over to her because she refuses to move a little!! Ugh just an annoying experience.

I had went to go put my check that I got in the mail I was sick that day my teller was Jillian I had no money in my acct so I put it in left like okay I need to go change and go get me so meds so I left and the most embarrassing thing happen a long line was forming and my card did not go through so I told her let me call my bank I called the 1800 number and spoke with tristin I explain to what happened he said it take a day for the chk to process i was like the teller did not tell me that Im sick like sick I need money in my account can u do anything sorry we cant and he said that we have to check the chk because people print chks all the time and try to turn it in so we arrgued about him saying that I printed the chk my self so I told him let me talk to his boss so he got me to her voice mail let see if Katte calls me back I'm so upset I still have to call my bank and see why my teller did not tell me it just happen yesterday worst experience

You must be "LIKE" 10 years old LIKE you dont know that checks have to clear before you can draw on them? LIKE, now its the banks fault that your Really sick like and theres a really long line LIKE and your card didnt work LIKE.
