I had a stock cert that I had been holding for 10 yrs and Marcos was able to clear it, provide other opportunities for this money and grew my money. He keeps me update on a regular basis. I've had other brokers that have told me that they would keep me informed but none of them have ever followed through. Marcos has keep me informed and has kept my money growing year after year, even during the last market crash. He is awesome. Go and see him, Tucson, AZ at the Sunrise and Kolb location. I'm not really sure where these bad reviews come from. I've been going there for about 8 years, I have opened 3 accounts, my wife has changed her name, I opened a HELOC, I have worked with a dozen plus people there and they have been nothing but very friendly and helpful. I recommend 100%. Now First Niagara branches at several locations is a whole other story

I've never had any problems at all with the Oak Hill branch. The tellers are very friendly. The staff is very professional. The personal bankers go out of their way to help me with any questions that I have. They have also suggested several ways to help me save money on bank fees.

This Bank Is Amazing Nothing Like any other Wells Fargo are other bank in the Houston area. The reason is the management at this branch is on top of customer service. I LOVE going in to the branch at Mae Anne for my banking. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I've only had to wait in line a few times on a Friday after work or on payday.
I would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for a Neighborhood Bank.

I had a problem with my checking and saving account that no one seemed to be able to solve. I went to 4 different branches and called the 800 number twice but was made to think that I am imagining that there is a problem.
Then I went to the Hamilton Branch in Palo Alto and talked to Carlos Salguero. He looked at my account without prejudice, assuming as most bankers do that all customer are paranoid, and soon found the mistake that was causing my account to be over charged. It was an extremely small and simple matter, but it required someone to actually look at how my account had been set up. I cannot say enough about Carlos. I wish there was one of him in every work place, at least anytime I need help. And he is so professional and courteous. I advice anyone going to that branch go directly to Carlos Salguero.

I have been with Wells Fargo since they bought out Norwest several years ago. I have never had a problem with them. I pay no fees for anything. Even my checks are free. I love their website and contrary to what someone else wrote, they do not charge to go in and look at anything. I love their spending report section, where you can see from month to month how much has come in and how much has gone out and it tells you what's left. It is also easy to see what you are spending in several categories. Perhaps every bank has this good of a web site. I don't know, but I don't see how any bank can surpass Wells Fargo. Whenever I have had to deal with a teller they are super friendly and helpful.

A year ago, I would have utterly trashed this branch of Wells Fargo. There was one banking representative who made so many mistakes, it was unreal. And he made mistakes with several members of my family, so it wasn't just me. I complained to the manager and she wouldn't do a thing.
However, Stephanie Wenzel then took over management and the employee in question left or was let go and this branch is now doing a fantastic job! They let me know in every single way that they valued my company's business and my own personal business. John and I couldn't be happier with this bank!
There is an exceptional employee named Sharon (she has a charming British accent) and she is helpful, competent, and very friendly. Everything that you would wish for in a bank teller! She really helped me a lot as I was getting my ducks in a row to purchase a vehicle. And that is what you want: Bank personnel who look after your interests like they would their own.

My wife and I moved to central Nevada 7 years ago and have to do alot of deposits by mail.I have always had excellant service and my deposits are extremely fast.We have several accounts and My Wife has had many problems with other branches and has had deposits lost.She asked me about where I send mine and now sends everything to this one.I would definately recommend this Branch .

I find the staff at Lincroft Wells Fargo to be friendly, attentive and conscientious. When in need of a notary, Lincroft provides multiple notaries on sight, whereas other branches fall short in this regard. I know everyone there on a first name basis and they know me.

I have not had many good banking experiences with WF, but this branch is quite different. Every banker and the manager (Priscilla) were more than helpful, very personal, friendly, and reversed three overdraft charges for me! I will always go back to this branch because they actually treat me like a human being here, unlike most other branches and banks.

THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME YOU ARE IN AN OUT IN SECONDS LITERALLY, THEY ALWAYS HAVE LITTLE SNACKS LAYING OUT FOR CUSTOMERS. THE STAFF IS ON POINT WITH EVERYTHING, VERY GENIUNE PEOPLE. THERE PERSONAL BANKERS ARE AWESOME GUYS. VERY SHARP THERE STORE MANAGER REALLY HOLDS THE FORT DOWN NICELY.

just opened my account bout 1 month ago!I moved to WELLS FARGO from another rude,unprofessional bank, because of there bad customer service!!(j.p.morg)As soon as i arrived to WELLS FARGO was treated like I feel a customer who's bringing business to them should be!Very nice and polite!No complaints!
