The staff at North Boulder Wells Fargo are incredible! I love going there. They treat me like family, learn my name, greet me like gorgeous caring people and always help me with whatever i'm needing, if thinks aren't possible they always make sure i still leave feeling satisfied. I am blown away by the staff at this branch in particular. I now avoid the other brances and always drive to North Boulder because of the team and service i have consistently found there the past six years.

Great location. Very pleased with the whole experience. The new branch manager Joel is very pleasant and great to work with. He welcomed me into the store, got me water and made sure I got to the right place. Highly recommended.

Top knotch. I'd bank on this establishment and their fine ass employees (Karli) any day of the week. Plus,  I snag a banana or orange before I exit. Nobody thinks anything of it.  Just a fine bank overall.

My name is Kristin, and i have been with Wells Fargo now for several years. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service! The Manager Jim is very helpful, as well as informative and friendly. The whole staff provides excellent customer service and Renee is awsome! She is very helpful and any questions you may have are answered and the wait time is speedy too. I highly recommend this branch to anyone and am very glad to be with them as a customer.

Its a great pleasure to have Wells Fargo Bank in our neighborhood. What makes it best, is the staff in the bank. My wife and my personal experience with this bank has always put this bank an  award winning bank. Store manager Jackie is a wonderful person and always takes care of my banking needs. I request wells fargo to keep Jackie for life time..Thank you again to all the staff  of Wells Fargo Lacey branch.Both my Thumbs up for this bank.

Great Manager!!!

I banked with Wachovia for many years prior to the transition to Wells Fargo. I always appreciated the relationship that I had with my personal banker at Wachovia, or as I liked to call him, my \"PB\". I was very saddened when the change took place and my PB re-located to another branch. When I met the new manager of our new Wells Fargo branch, \"Josh Collins\", I not only found him very genuine, but as personal as any manager or banker I had ever encountered. Mr. Collins immediately reminded me of my relationship with my PB, but he wasn\'t just a personal banker, he was my Bank Manager, or as I like to say, my \"BM\". If every transition in life was as smooth and fulfilling as my BM made the transition from Wachovia to Wells Fargo, I would be elated. Mr. Collins \"attention to detail\" attitude shows that he is a BM that truly wants to leave you satisfied. I would highly recommend banking with this branch, and I can promise you that you will never find a BM that will leave you with as big of a smile as Mr. Collins

Melissa is a very trust worthy person and she is always a happy person. if i had a bad day at work I go in there to cash my check. she lights up my day with her pretty smile and laughter.

I came to the branch only with intention to ask their policy and procedure regarding new account. The door guy greeted me with smiles and offers of water, candies , and coffee. Jerry's impressive and genuine knowledge in and around banking aspects made me decide to open an account, not just checking, savings as well. The greeters, tellers had given me the best customer service I never experience with B of A, and I'm short, ugly, driving a very old car. What am I missing?

This branch has customer service mastered! The manager comes out of his office and greets customers if he does not have someone in at the time, and anytime I have any problem, it is handled with professionalism and very quickly. I have 3 WF branches within 15 minutes of my home and work, and the Pinson branch is by far the one I prefer.

I just Retired and received notice of a problem with my retirement direct deposit form from the state retirement. It was my mistake. through fax and email Jerome  was able to correct my forms. I will now receive my retirement.  I am in Virgina for a month. I call and spoke with Jerome.

Great Service!  The manager Mr. Cullen was fantastic.  He came over to meet me when unwashed standing in line to make a deposit, so cool the managerbwould take the time to come over and say hello.  Never had that happen to me when it was Wachovia.

Nice people, they're courteous and professional.  Thank you Mr. Cullen for coming over to make my day!

I've been dealing with settling my mothers estate for six months now and in that time I've been to seven different banks.  The service I received from the branch manager ''Joshua Collins'' at wells Fargo was by far the best!  My visits to the nearby bank of America and  Chase were nightmares.  But Josh was able to get everything taken care of in about 30mins and was extremely compassionate and friendly.  I wasn't a customer before but I intend to switch all my accounts from chase due to my wondeful experience with Joshua.

I had the pleasure with dealing with a Banker by the name Raul Marrero, he was so wonderful the way he understood my needs. Raul listened to what i said and responded very clearly with a lot of knwoledge in what i was looking for. This banker is a prime example of what people look for in a Bank, This Wells Fargo Branch in White Oak, Laburunm Ave in Richmond VA is the only branch I like going to because all the associates there are great and handle things in a timely matter even when its very busy. I would defenitely recommend this branch and recommend you speak with Raul Marrero.

I recently had an experience at Wells Fargo, Killearn Branch and wanted to share. I called inquiring about cashing in a bond that had been inadvertently signed by my daughter, but made out to me as a POD. I tried to do this several years ago at another bank and I was instructed that I would need all kinds of documentation and have to write letters to the bank who had stamped the bond and the treasury department. When I called Wells Fargo I spoke with Ray who told me all I needed was a couple pieces of documentation and they would be happy to cash it. And he would be there so ask for him. When I got there he was on a conference call, but he came out to me introduced himself, apologized and put me in the very capable hands of Melissa (head teller I believe). She too was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Have to say I was nervous when Wells Fargo merged with my former bank, but these two wonderful individuals have put my thoughts to rest. Thank you so MUCH!!

I see a lot of people frustrated on this site however I feel like they are review wells in different areas. I went to the location in leesburg in front of Anitas and felt so welcomed. There was someone at the door as well as the manager came and introduced himself to me. I would recommend this location to everyone. The banker that helped me was Abdul. Great branch. Prosperity centre

There are tons of bad reviews about this bank but they are not true at all!! Unfortunately only customers who were disappointed came on here to give their reviews, so I just wanted to say that I've been with them for 4 years now and haven't had a single problem. I would say to those people complaining about overdraft fees and such you should keep better track of your account and that wouldnt be an issue. Everytime I go to this location I am greeted with a smile.

I have been banking at this branch for several years now.  The staff has always been pleasant and very helpful, I have transferred money to my son's account (he is in college) several times without having the correct account number with me, the tellers figure it all out and have always gotten it right :)
