Disrespect of the American Flag on Independance Day

A picture of your American Flag was taken at your 10651 South 51st street, Phoenix, Arizona site and it was evident by the pic that it was severely ripped and tattered! Not only is this a disrespectful display of our precious symbol of the United States of America, it sickens me to know that this pic was taken on our Independance Day! And to also make things worse, a fellow patriot notified your WF Branch of the condition of the flag days before and NOTHING was done about it!
Wells Fargo this sickens me on this 4th of July, this can only be indicative of the way you care for your customers as well!

This branch has steadily gone down the tubes since Jose left as branch manager. I have just plain stopped going to this branch even though I did a lot of business there in the past. I don't know who that manager is but they have this older guy dressed very well who just stands there and surveys his kingdom. Think he will help you? Fagettaboutit. Service is zero at this branch. You can sit and wait for ever if you have anything other than a window activity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wells should fire everyone there as a public relations statement.

The worst service, the worst employees...and the worst attitude from their So Called Manager...Jessica..I'm not sure she even is....a condiscending, power hungry person who loves to goad customers. Can't get a straight answer out of her, finally pushed you to your limit. She is more interested in proving she has some authority than actually helping you.
She NEVER returns calls as promised, actually has NOT authiroty to do anything, so takes out this inability to push her weight arouond by making customers crazy...She relishes the opportunity to bust your chops over the phone so that you have to literally BEG her to just stop with all the new age "Lingo" Such as "I have to go to may escaolation team to see if I can help you..etc" than address the problem of why she is UNABLE to do anything for anybody, but push the people in the bank around!!!
I'm heading there to take all my money out of the bank!

Wells fargo bank employees have treated us very poorly and their customer service is absolutely the worse that we have ever dealt with in banking. I have heard from several family members, friends, business associates, and other anquaintances about their poor services and how terrible they treat people/customers. If you go online and look at all of the blogs on wells fargo, you will see how many people are absolutely disgusted because of how they have been treated by customer service employees as well. After reading all of the negative blogs that others have written on wells fargo, I know we are not alone. I didn't realize that this company was capable of doing these things to so many people and still able to keep the doors open at the bank. It's sad! I hope that people will take the time to read this and consider not using the services at wells fargo bank after this horrible treatment.
I hope that this prevents any future problems for anyone.

Teller couldnt count...i got in trouble with my boss because it took me forever to get change and when i got back i found out that his bundles werent correct. He was rude to me when i wanted to count it out, so i took his word for it. Big mistake.

And running my Business for 45 years or so, And banking with Wells Fargo for many Years, and in good faith with Wells Fargo, Evelyn Davis Bought a CD for 20.000- CD # 1003586336-000 we have the original copy.
Now Wells Fargo is telling me that they can’t find any record of this transaction
It is apparent that we need to go some what higher on the food chain at Wells Fargo so we can get the right answer instead of the typical Wells Fargo run around
Greg your last letter stating Documents for this CD are not available, this is not acceptable, so we are taking all the letters that we have put together and we will start
With the BBB in Idaho Falls and Yuma Ariz, and Bard Calif. Where I reside at this time.
Also I am taking all of these letters to Wells Fargo and send them to Craig’s List, Angies List, Merchant Circle, and any other complaint dept I can find. Bottom line Greg Wells Fargo customers need to no just how they may get treated if they Bank at Wells Fargo

I've been with them for two years now. My personal banker told me that I would not be charged for my checking account as long as I have direct deposit going onto it. I recently became aware that they were charging me an $8 a month service fee regardless. So I went in yesterday, and I talked with a banker about it. He told me that He might be able to get me refunded up to $24 because the manager's policy ignores service fees that are over 90 days old, and that he would contact me tonight. I asked him if I could see the head manager, and he told me that she only sees people with over $100 million in their bank account, and I would need to wait until that evening to hear if she approves my refund or not. Today, I checked online and I see I didn't get my refund.
This is just sick. They lie to me, steal my money, then prejudicially disregard what they stole from me over 90 days ago. And on top of it, the bank manager is too much of a Pus%%y to look at me in the face and tell me she doesnt care. This has to be the worst bank I've ever had. The next time I have a chance, I'm walking into that bank and demanding to see this bxxch and if I don't get at least $40 of a refund from the money they've stolen from me then I'm leaving this bank.

I was very distraught and "SHOCKED" when my daughter reported to me that her girlfriend just was promoted to asst manger, in So Cal all the while having multiple arrest's and run in's with law enforcement, I looked at the public record out of curiosity and sure enough they have a DRUNK running the Huntington Beach area at 23 year's old arrested numerous time's and enough ticket's on the driving record from Florida to California, I personally cannot believe administration allow's such a young female to be in charge of money, but then again from what i know of California the girls in a situation like this sleep there way to the top, GOOD P.R Well's Fargo,i know where not to bank, BELIEVE THAT

I was waiting for a financial advisor for a while. The Manager of the store was walking around very unprofessional and very "cocky". The tellers were going back and forth with personal business that I should not have heard. Then a customer comes in and offers to give a teller "Janet" a b12 shot. So they go in the back room and he gives the shot and he walks out. The other tellers want in on this!!!!! Oh don't worry he will be back monthly!!!! Really, did I need to hear and see all this while I was banking? The manager was right there but he was too involved in his own self that he could not see how unprofessional his own office has become.

Today, 6/21/12, Thursday, I walked into the Doylestown Cross Keys branch in PA to pick up Euros for my trip. I was appalled when the receptionist told me I had supposedly opened a "new" account with a Kristen whom I ordered the Euros the week before.
Greg the receptionist brought Kristen over who then lied that I had agreed to opening another account. I was appalled at the gall! Neither apologized as I told them to NEVER touch my money without written authorization!
Corrupt! They were arrogant and patronizing!
Buyer beware!!!

The Lovejoy Wells Fargo is Pathetic! The ATM is suppose to take a cash deposit. However, everytime I go to make a cash deposit weekly it always flashes "cannot take cash deposit at this time." And the line at the ATM....that's a story for another day. I have even seen a employee (spanish) talking with another spanish person from another banking lane after the bank has closed. This has happened while I sit in the ATM line. One things for sure, if it were not for the fact I would have to go to all kind of trouble to change banks due to bank drafts, direct check deposits, I would change banks! I am absolutely fed up with this branch! It is very poorly run.

I opened a simple savings account last year for the sole purpose of deposits for my daughter when she graduates high school. I was told at the time of opening the account there would be ZERO fees associated with this type of account. Well 6 months after the account is opened apparently I started getting charged $20 per month service charges...$20..!!!!!! No bank on the planet charges that for money to just sit there. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with this pathetic joke of a bank again.

I opened a simple savings account last year for the sole purpose of deposits for my daughter when she graduates high school. I was told at the time of opening the account there would be ZERO fees associated with this type of account. Well 6 months after the account is opened apparently I started getting charged $20 per month service charges...$20..!!!!!! No bank on the planet charges that for money to just sit there. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with this pathetic joke of a bank again.

NEVER AGAIN! I was with Wells Fargo 15 years ago, moved so we changed banks. I decided to open a small balance account for online purchases. I looked at why my main acct was -2.00, and they had taken 8.00 out for a monthly service charge. Ive been told i was notified, but I never saw this information come through my mail. i went in to close my acct today and was met by a horrible personal banker. She was RUDE and nosy (actually they all are there). She lied directly to my face, and then accussed me of being 15 YEARS deliquent on a 5500.00 acct through them. I called and straightened it out and it was not true. But I got scolded for that and for not being responsible with my credit.. FU lady. NEVER EVER AGAIN!'

After being a customer for over 13 years, when they were Fist Union, then Wachovia and now WORST Fargo, Im done with them. Out of nowhere they decided to start charging $5 A MONTH for having an account with them!!! which is A LOT considering they would give u nothing for ur saving account interests, a couple pennies from time to time if so, yet they r more than willing to "steal" $5 every month from u!!. I would never reccomend this wells fargo to anyone anymore!!, I am closing all my accounts with them ASAP!!!, I just found out today about the $5 steal!! and it made me sick. Don't even consider opening an account with them unless u like to give ur money away for no reason!!

After being pressured into opening an account with Wells Fargo by my mother for months, I finally caved in. When we got there the wait wasn't that long b/c they were so excited that I was opening an account with them. When I spoke to the agent that was representing the Winder, GA branch, he seemed like the nicest guy you could meet. When I voiced my concerns about service fees, since I was cheated by the last bank I was with, he assured me that Wells Fargo does not charge monthly fees checkings or savings. The excepting being that I will be charged $10 a month if I don't use my card 10 times a month. I had my doubts, but with my mom breathing down my neck I had to say yes. I just looked over my account via online and noticed something was not right with the amount in my savings. When I checked my statements it showed that $5 was withdrawn as a monthly service fee. I know it's just $5, but I am unemployed and broke. I opened the account to save the money I received from doing odd jobs. I don't even use it unless it's an emergency. So now if I use my money I well be charged. If I don't use it, I'll still be charged.
The agent swore to me that there were no fees. I am upset. I feel like a fool believing him. I am planning on withdrawing what's left of my money and closing the account. I swear that I will never use Wells Fargo's services again if their agents are going to lie to my face like that. Bankers are suppose to me someone who you can trust with your money. Now I think I'll just hold on to my money on my own until I can find a bank that I can trust.

I wanted to buy some euros before my trip and was asked to wait for an banker who I waited 30mins for just to find out the bank doesn't carry euros! Come on its a bank..its fine if they carry it but why ask me to wait? Even while I was waiting they allowed someone to cut infront me! I asked why did she let the other person to go infront of me her reply was "because he was wiring money" I guess unless ur wiring money maybe its a good idea to bring ur laptop and watch a movie while u wait

Opening an account here took forever, I was sitting there wondering what was taking so long...the guy opening my account was looking for the manager so she could greet me and gave me a free plastic cup. WOW! That took about 15 minutes. Everything about this place is SLOW and I often have to request things two or three times LIKE ORDERING MY CHECKS! I see a lot of employees who are trying to look important milling around but hardly ever more than two or three clerks at the windows.
