I have worked at banks when I was younger. In all my experience with working at them, and now with owning our own business and home financing and all the dealings I have had over the years, I have not EVER had a BRANCH MANAGER be SO RUDE and in you face insulting as the manager at the Frontier Village Wells Fargo was to me.
He asked for ID (for a letter I was turning in to the branch). I pulled it out and plunked it on the table for him (mind you this was in his office and I was standing and the table was big and low) and it skidded and he looked at me with a glare. I didn't intend it to slide on the table but he said after a few minutes, "do you always throw your ID? And I was shocked, I said "did that offend you?" and he said yes! and I was like......well I can go some where else then. And as I left he glared at me all the way out of off his office and towards the door. All I can say is WOW!!! If this is how branch managers treat customers that is terrible. What ever happened to customer service!

Savings Bonds

I had purchased saving bonds for my children about twelve years ago. Bond note was lost and my son is trying to cash his out and your bank is not what I expected. My son is in Juneau and went to speak with someone there at the bank and he said they were so rude to him. This is unacceptable for him to be treated so poorly.

We have a Business account I have to make daily deposits, the drive thru people are very unprofessional. I waited for a long time without anyone greeting at me or even looking. I just left without making my daily deposit.

I have been a customer for 15 years and have 10 accounts with Wells. The turn over at your Arlington branch is terrible and the customer service is just as bad.
This branch has never run as well as when Brent was the manager. You must have the ability to track peak traffic flows and staff accordingly. No one cares about the customer. While standing in line with 6 other people Tuesday, two customers walked out. Two tellers on duty, one out to lunch and on one at drive up. The convenient location to my business is the only reaso9n I do not make a change.

For the last 3 years I am using this branch in Tigard, which the customer service is bad, Today, I went to the bank for some transaction, unforgettably,bad customer service by Laura. she has been very bad to me I do not know how for others, When I go there I try not to go to her, but this time she did the same bad reputation.

I went to Wells Fargo to cash a check. There was 2 people ahead of me. Why did stand in line for mor than15 mins . There was 2 clerk helping one person. Two more clerks talking to each other. After moving from out of state I sought to relocate my funds locally. The lady at the local branch seriously misrepresented their services. I haven't been able to get a call back in two days and her phone number is the only number provided. Now it's a holiday weekend and I have to wait three more days to start all over again. Banking that was said to take 5-days is now 10-days out and there's still no response. They took immediate possession of my money then dropped me like a hot potato. This is the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. I plan to close my accounts and go elsewhere as soon as possible. I do Not recommend this bank.

I came to Monique with an urgent issue and a transfer that needed to be made asap. She said they can't do it, and didn't try to figure out a way for them to do it. A day later I went to another Wells Fargo location and they did it in 5 minutes, no problem, but I lost a precious day that was important. The bank manager at the Milgen Road location is horrible. She is ghetto, old and very unprofessional. I came in there to get help because I got charged twice from a company, and she absolutely refused to help. I then told her that when it happened before the old bank manager helped me and got my money back that same day. She said, "when was that because I've been here since 09?" Like she was implying that I was lying. She pissed me off to the core that we are switching banks. My daughters birthday is tomorrow si we need our $ now. We have plans, and now we have to use our credit card because no one will help us.

I went inside the branch to speak to a representative about a bounced check that ended up costing me $350 in fees alone. I wasn't asking for a complete refund, just some human decency. I was lied to and told they were unable to do anything about those fees because they were computer generated and couldn't be undone. When I told them the reason why I was overdrawn, and believe me, the reasons were heart-breaking, I was looked at like I was an object. When I said I would go to another branch, I was told, "Go right ahead! They aren't going to help you either!" On top of that, the manager couldn't speak clear English.
This was the most humiliating experience I have ever had with a service! Let me add, this was the first time in over ten years I had ever been overdrawn!!!

Fair warning: save yourself grief and $ and stay away from this branch. Consider this: as a courtesy to my employer, I picked up an alternator from a repair shop and paid the $167 with cash. My employer, a general construction company, paid me back with a check drawn on an account at this bank. When I went in to cash it (I live and bank elsewhere), the teller informed me that since I don't have an account there, there would be a $7.50 fee for me to recoup my $! The teller said, "let me see what I can do about it", but it was apparent to me nothing would be done without some act of god, and being in a hurry, I said I would just "eat" that $7.50, which the teller was all too eager to agree with, even suggesting I recoup that $ from my employer, who she knew by first name! This whole fee-thing was wrong on so many levels. I get checks from another employer drawn on a Wells Fargo accnt all the time, and though other branches hassle me about starting an account, they DO NOT charge a fee, even though it would be more reasonable for them to do so in these cases because they're MY paychecks, not a re-imbursement from a company that banks there. This $7.50 fee is a straight up rip off. There are far better banking options in Ojai for anyone to continue supporting these greedy turdberries! Go to Rabobank or Ojai Community Bank. Far better customer service, and they won't fleece you for doing what they get paid to do anyway. I'm still shocked that THIS BRANCH has the gaul to charge such an outrageous fee. It's not so much the excessive $7.50 that has me irritated as it is the principle of the matter. This bank flat sucks and when I move back to Ojai next month, I'll be taking my business to Ojai Community Bank

Seems that every time there is a slight issue ie concern, not only is it handled with neglect, ignorance and lack of knowledge, we are given dismal customer service. This is from the branch manager Sonia. She seems to be well equipped with the use of barriers, road blocks, and excuses, than she is with satisfaction, care, and help that could easily solve simple issues. Have never once had a conversation via phone with Sonia listening. She yells over me, gives little to no attention to the problem. Instead she attempts to make excuses instead of resolutions. She says one thing, then turns around and denies saying it. No bank is perfect, and we don't expect such a thing. What I do expect is to be given treatment that says we can turn a problem into an opportunity to make matters right. When faced with unhappy customers, Sonia does absolutely nothing. She makes no effort to rectify a problem. She told me that she challenges me to take my concern to another bank, to see if they would do what she can't or rather WON'T. Now we are biding our time with the help of assistants, to find a bank that will treat us as though we matter. A branch manager who can act the part, as well as look the part. I reference that in regards to Sonia's staff, who is so casually dressed, her employee would be better suited for a daycare than a bank. Her employee has shown immaturity beyond reason, had plenty of eye rolls and an attitude to match. I was horrified to see this employee dressed in bikenstock sandals as business wear. I normally would shrug off how one is dressed, but there are no excuses when your bank shows no concern for you, your money or your time. I will take my concerns as high up as I can possibly go, as Sonia and her employee belong anywhere but a bank!

She makes no effort to rectify a problem. She told me that she challenges me to take my concern to another bank, to see if they would do what she can't or rather WON'T. Now we are biding our time with the help of assistants, to find a bank that will treat us as though we matter. A branch manager who can act the part, as well as look the part. I reference that in regards to Sonia's staff, who is so casually dressed, her employee would be better suited for a daycare than a bank. Her employee has shown immaturity beyond reason, had plenty of eye rolls and an attitude to match. I was horrified to see this employee dressed in bikenstock sandals as business wear. I normally would shrug off how one is dressed, but there are no excuses when your bank shows no concern for you, your money or your time. Seems that every time there is a slight issue ie concern, not only is it handled with neglect, ignorance and lack of knowledge, we are given dismal customer service. This is from the branch manager Sonia. She seems to be well equipped with the use of barriers, road blocks, and excuses, than she is with satisfaction, care, and help that could easily solve simple issues. Have never once had a conversation via phone with Sonia listening. She yells over me, gives little to no attention to the problem. Instead she attempts to make excuses instead of resolutions. Wells Fargo locations seem to be pretty efficient in Houston, and I have never had a problem before. I was nearby this location and came in to make a simple cash deposit into my mother's account. It was a bad sign when seeing both tellers roll their eyes at a customer in front of me politely saying she was confused about an issue with her account. A second customer came in saying her checks arrived with someone else’s address.
After filling out the deposit slip, the first teller had to call a second employee to ask if he can make a deposit to an account with only 41 cents in it. He only explained I had to sit at a desk with a second employee so they could call the corporate support line to ask because the account might be dormant. I sat with a second employee who called a corporate help desk. I offered to have her contact the account holder, but she never responded and continued to wait on hold to ask her question if I can make my deposit.
After being passed to a third employee to make the transfer, the first teller smirked and got on the third employee’s computer to type.
Overall, I would pass on this location to avoid a hassle and a headache. Training on simple transactions and how best to communicate with customers would help with the quality of service at this branch.

I should have listened to my husband who told me the manager at this site was rude and unreasonable. I didn't believe him and I learned. This bank made several errors on my account. The staff indicated the manager would have no problem correcting it and refunding some fees and then change to a different account. Instead, the manager called and was rude and condescending and said she would not refund any fees but still wanted me to switch accounts with her bank and said that just because they made errors that it didn't matter in the long run. I have had and unfortunately still have 3 business accounts and personal accounts with this branch and the stress level and frustration of the IDIODIC rules the new branch manager has put in place for his employees. I thought you were supposed to get help from your branch and not a brush off because they are no longer allowed to do any reversals on any fees ONLY the branch managers is allowed to!! What a POWER TRIP!! and when you go to speak to him he wont even help you with the fees! This blows my mind! I pray daily that we get a new bank in this location so I can switch banks!

First, I will say that the manager Tom, Mala and Chris did everything they could to assist me. However, Jessica Abreu and Emily Tajchman have alot to learn about customer service and courtesy. They were rude and offensive. They yelled at us, smirked at us, gave us dirty looks and were not helpful. I was threatened by Emily that I was being thrown out of the bank. We shut down our accounts and will not bank with Wells Fargo again because of their behavior.
