If I could give 0 stars I would!

Horrible service, I love Wells Fargo and have used them for ever, but today had the frustration of the worst service. After calling in and refinancing my car I had to go in to Spring Cypress/290 to complete the paperwork. I end up with Kameron Grace NMLSR ID:856116. He could not answer a single question, everything was "um... I think... Should be... Suppose to be... Maybe" I had to ask him if this was his first auto loan because this is ridiculous. I had to google my questions until he was able to get auto financing on the phone to answer my question. I even asked for a manager 3 times and didn't get one til I refused to sign papers and was at the point of tears I was so mad. She wasnt any help either, seemed annoyed I made her leave her desk. If you need anything from wellsfargo I recommend going to Randalls at least they seem more intelligent.

If you want a bank that will start you at point A and route you to point v then to point L and then point z then back to point a instead of taking you to point b you have found your bank. If you are wondering what is happening with a request you have made as a customer the answer is that your request is somewhere in some back office .

Tried to settle second mortgage. Made an offer officer handling acct never forwarded to approval dept went straight to atty after 4 months of sitting on his desk till i escalated nteenth times until almost foreclosed home. accepted 16 on 20k before trying to make it 23k.

Mom in nursing home. Asked Thornwood mgr Raffine Nazzarine  for last 5 years bank records so mom could be approved for medicaid. Went May 18th explained time constraint and need them asap. He made copies ofpower of atty papers.  Called 2x for him last week calls unanswered. Clled 2x today 2nd time rep said guarantee call by end of buisness day. No call back off course. Went to advisor dept had to get his bosses boss to hopefully expadite as he didn't even put me as power of atty on acct based on what supervisor at help desk told me. If you don't escalate be prepared for nothing to be done with any requests you have on your account. Just awful. 263 reviews and an avg rating of 2 with 5 being highest says a lot.....

Nothing against the employees they have, all nice people. But wells Fargo is a bank that wont utilize technology to help you save, instead they don't use it so when you make a mistake you pay them your hard earned paycheck because they need it more than you. Chase is amazing and I highly recommend. Anytime I spend a cent I immediately am alerted and when I accidentally overdraft .15 cents, I don't go -35.15 immediately. In fact days go by and I still don't put money in and a week later when I do they still don't overdraft my account and I put a dollar in and everyone is happy.

Simple, well known practices that wells Fargo just does not offer. Sketchy business if you ask me.

I went in to the branch at the end of last week seeking mortgage approval and was assured I would receive a call by their "mortgage professional" that day or monday at the latest. It is now the end of the next week. They have held my money and business for too long, my money and business are going to another bank.

I was told Wells Fargo was an agressive Bank for small business? I was wrong! I own my home, good credit, strong sales in my one man Business, reviewed my application with supporting documentation...documentation was never sent with applications? Twice declined for credit? I have a 770 credit score? did a wire via the Bank, takes the girl 20 minutes, and she ask " Where is Boston Mass? I said your joking, and she said no? They are robots, not people...
 they will loan me money against my house. I have 4 lenders with a total of 250,000. credit, all in good standings, but Wells Fargo said NO. My money will be going to another Bank. Shame on you wells fargo...

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

I do a lot of wire transfers to my overseas suppliers.  WF has raised the fee from 20.00 to 45.00 in the past year.  Worst of all 3 out 10 this year have been screwed up- they sent one to the wrong account, and 2 were forgotten and not sent until I returned to check on them.  To top it all off, they tried to BS me and say wire transfers take 7 business days.  I wrote a note to the manager asking for an appointment to talk about the situation and the clerk tossed it in the trash as I left.

Had a very terrible experience with their loan department.  In particular with their bait and switch tactics.  They over promise and then under deliver.  Timothy Dyson quoted me 1.0% + prime for a HELOC but when I received my paperwork, it was 2.25% + prime.  When I noticed the discrepancy, I called Timothy Dyson and he said he'd look into it saying that isn't correct.  Days went by and I didn't hear from him so I called him again.  Same run around again.

I've never been anywhere where management was more rude than they were at this location.  All the WellsFargo branches I'm aware of in Birmingham, AL have a rotating door of unskilled labor posing as tellers.  Honestly, if you need cash back from a deposit, they have to have it approved by a manager.  It's infuriatingly slow because of this.

I had one employee accuse me of taking a picture of their sign-in sheet when I was using the calculator on my phone.  I was already on the way out, but that drove it home for me.  It's a comedy of idiots in this place.

On top of all of this, I was in the process of improving my credit.  I had everyone paid off or was at least current with my debts, and WellsFargo wouldn't approve a $300 SECURED credit card to help improve my credit rating (which I have since raised to around 650 thanks to the helpful staff at Regions and BBVA Compass who worked with me).  When my grandfather visited after he assumed I must not know how to talk to them, he reported back to me that they were rude to him.

They have insulted me and my family, and as far as I can tell, they have no redeeming value.

Just walk into a BBVA Compass and tell me the people aren't friendlier.  I dare you.  The same holds true with Regions.

This place is seriously the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.  If you want to learn that lesson for yourself, feel free to, but I'm warning you now -- it would be a mistake.

Started with Wells Fargo (as per my fathers request) in April 2012. After three weeks time I have had nothing but mixed messages followed by broken promises in regars to callbacks as well as desk clerks telling me that the supervisor was out to lunch and unable to be contacted,(it was 4pm on a friday). I will soon be closing my account with them and advising my father to due the same. I recommend anybody thinking about opening an account with them to SERIOUSLY look elsewhere.

Wells Fargo scamming people who are non customers

Got a call from 407-681-2336 - not recognize the number so I returned the phone call and the person identified herself as Juanita working in Casselberry FL office. She would not tell me why she called and expected me to give her a lot of personal information which I did not. I told her I have never banked or done any business with Wells Fargo and will never since their reputation is very low. Credit Unions are the way to go and also be debt free. This is a scam from Wells Fargo to try getting personal information God only knows for what when I have never done business with them. BEWARE!!!

The service at this branch(Nassau Street) is excellent!  Danuta is very helpful, knowledgeable and a great credit to your organization!  Ranu is also extremely efficient,affable and well-informed.  It is a pleasure to do business at your bank!!

I can not believe that Wells Fargo hires a branch manager
with such poor qualification like arrogant poor knowledge.
Her number one problem she is stuck off.
Number two . She does not know the privileges of
customer, and covers it with arrogance.
She is hurting the whole branch with her behavior

Be very careful about doing any banking at this branch. The manager stated that he does not care what corporate customer service people say, he decides if he'll help you or not based on his perception of your attitude. There are much better bankers out there.

If I had the option to not give any stars, I would have. This branch does not deserve any. The employees are rude and uncaring. The supervisor is a twenty something peacock who's only concern is looking at himself in the glass. They failed to update my mother's information and did not renew her debit card. Then refused to give her her own money because her driver's license had expired. (She does not drive anymore.) She had to spend money to get an I.D. to get her Social Security deposit. Even though she had 5 other forms of I.D.!! I gave them a month to make it right and they refused to admit wrong. We are moving our accounts as soon as possible. I banked with Wachovia for 15 years with no problems. Wells Fargo has screwed everything up.

Please, please avoid this bank. The District manager for the Wells Fargo's in the LA ~ Beverly Hills region - SHABNAM EBRAHIMI continues to harass employees by her scornful demeanor. Little do customers like myself know that giving employees a rating of a 3 or 4 jeopordized their jobs! Apparently Ms. Ebrahimi consistently belittles her employees and treats them in a self-deprecating manner. If your work is excellent Ms. Ebrahimi ignores it, and continues to treat you like trash. I am disgusted that poor employees have to suffer her wrath and live in fear, just because we can never report her to Human Resources since she is “district manager”—and DM’s, my friends, never get reported or reviewed. Be a warning to any CUSTOMER or EMPLOYEE - the Beverly Hills District is CORRUPT.

Very poor service in this particular branch as well.

I am absolutely disgusted by Wells Fargo. District manager for the Wells Fargo's in the LA ~ Beverly Hills region - SHABNAM EBRAHIMI continues to harass employees by her scornful demeanor. She consistently belittles her employees and treats them in a self-deprecating manner. If your work is excellent Ms. Ebrahimi ignores it, and continues to treat you like trash. I have tried twice to establish accounts for legal purposes and they have been unable to handle it either time.  As a result they lost significant accounts to another area bank.The bank officers seem like teenagers and cannot handle anything different. I agree with the other reviewers that they are untrained.

I am seriously thinking about moving my account.

Kregg was the rudest teller I hope he isnt a manager , I have always tried to be understanding but he rushed me through making a deposit , wouldnt cash my my check because he said it would take longer and said I could just use my debit card and I looked behind me there was no line ! , so rude !
