Very bad customer service. It is pity that I cannot rate this branch a zero star or negative star. I have a check from my insurance company for replacing my roof. The check needs to be endorsed by Wells Fargo, my mortgage company. I went to Wells Fargo's local office on Nov. 19 and I was told it would take a few days and they would call me as soon as it's done. Ten days past, I have not heard anything from them. I called them this morning. A teller told me that people who are in charge of home loan are not there today. I said I have been waiting for 10 days now and cannot waiting any longer(because the roofing company will work on the roof this week and I have to pay them a half of the cost now). She told me either going to their office tomorrow or going to another branch in another city. She talks very rudely.

I am so sick of this bank and the rude tellers. It is always something. My uncle has banked here for over 20 years and that means nothing to them. He is over 70 years of age and has health issues that prevent him from being as clean has he should be. He goes in the bank with an odor. 3 tellers walked up to him and told him that he needs to stay outside and they will come to him. How rude is this? He is a paying customer who helps ensure you recieve a pay check. If it wasn't for the customers the tellers wouldnt have a job or a pay check. What is going on at this bank? What poor customer service. What if this were your grandmother or grandfather? And someday you will get old. This is no way to treat our senior citizens I dont care how much the stink. And this is not the first time, I have taken my concerns to the corporate office before and a young lady was fired. I see I will have to do it again. This is sad I have to do this but you are not going to keep treating customers this way and getting away with it.

Worst customer service by far out of all branches.
Preface: Member since 2001, card lost and needed cash from inside branch.
I am not the first to report this branches terrible customer service:
Got there at exactly 6 PM and the doors were already closed, at 6:01 a teller walked up and explained they had closed and showed me it was 6:01. When the branch manager, Cheryl, finally opened he door to let someone out at 6:05 she told me I had arrived too late. When I asked for the branch number to report them for closing early, the branch manager, Cheryl, refused to give it to me pointing to the address onlyand then said to go ahead and report because they had cameras to prove I had walked up at 6:01. Which can't be true considering a teller showed me it was 6:01 after minute of me standing there begging them to open the door.
Not only was the branch manager, Cheryl, extremely rude but she lied about her branch number and refused to offer service to a customer that arrived during branch hours and while they still had another customer in the branch at the time.

I was a longtime custormer of Wachovia. When Wells switched over and decided to add maintenance fees, I went to close my account. The manager talked me into closing the Wachovia account and adding a Wells account. Months go by and I found out that the Wachovia account never closed. Fees added up to over $200.
I received a nasty call from collections asking was I going to pay or not. The man on the phone wouldn't let me talk. He just said are you going to pay or not or we are sending you to collections.
To make a long story short, I paid these thieves so that I wouldn't have to hear from them again. I've never been so insulted by any company like this before. Don't be fooled by the nice tellers you see at a branch office. They have a department full of pitbulls that will call you and harass you if they don't get their money.
Note to Wells Fargo. I'll make sure anyone I know hears about this and closes their account. Anyone that ask me about a bank will be told my story. You'll lose more that $200 meager dollars from the way you treated me.
Make sure you truly treat your custormers well. Wachovia would never behave in the manner you did!

This has to be the WORST Wells Fargo Branch ANYWHERE !!!!! They've completely messed up my personal and business accounts including closing accounts and taking my access away from history, opening unnecessary new accounts and mixing up signers on the accounts. After checking with the corporate offices of Wells Fargo, I was told to go in an speak with the branch manager. Unfortunately, the branch manager did not have time for me so once again additional errors were made on my accounts. I would NOT recommend opening a new account in this branch.

I used to do all my Florida banking while it was Wachovia. I am out of state resident and Wells Fargo client for many years. So I decided to keep my banking while Wachovia being transferred to Wells Fargo. I am dealing with WF branches all over the US and I am getting the worst service at this location by any means and standards. They treat their customers as they are doing them a huge favor. The simple transaction may take 45 minutes. They just don't care and it shows. All the reviews below is true 100%.

I am a business owner with a checking and savings at Wells Fargo. I Live in Moriarty, NM and have a local branch near me. I avoid it at all cost, but sometimes have not choice to deposit there. Each time I go into this bank, I am given a hard time about my accounts and deposits. I deposit the same way at all other Wells Fargo Branches, Edgewood, NM, Albuquerque, NM, Tijeras, NM, and am never questioned or given a hard time. Moriarty branch has rude and unprofessional managers with a chip on their shoulders. I cannot believe the few times I go in, I am treated like I am doing something wrong. They question if I am the owner of the business and always make an issue on how the check is signed. I HATE THIS BRANCH. I deposit there less than twice a year and would prefer to drive 30 miles out of my way to avoid them. Bad, Bad customer service.

The Thruway store manager (Chris Wilson) does not know the definition of customer service. He is rude, unhelpful, and sarcastic; he does not even try to resolve problems and has no interest in retaining business. He surely is not a good ambassador for the bank. Does the senior leadership care?

I would love to rate their service, if they had any structure that could be considered a service to customers. Getting one single question answered by phone is the biggest hassle, and calling a branch location only gets your issue pushed to their automated line. Only reason I went with this bank is due to a recent move to Florida and losing the incredible service at my credit union. My account here will be closed within the week and business will be taken to Gold coast or Palm Beach credit union.

We had our business acounts wiht Wells Fargo and decided to close the accounts because the fees were too high and there was no branch at a convenient location in CT for us. The accounts were closed in July and when I tried to log on to our online banking to print our final statement, my logins were no good because the accounts had been closed. The other day we received a bill for 2 month's "client analysis" fees which were posted on October 31st. We can't dispute this amount without a receipt. Since everything was done by phone and online, there is no receipt. Is this just a way for Wells Fargo to cheat it's customers? I would strongly discourage any of our business associates from banking with Wells Fargo. It was very difficult to even close the account, now they are charging fees for accounts that have been closed for 3 months. Sounds like fraud to me.

My business has carried our main banking account with Wells Fargo for over ten years. Today as I attempted to deposit a $68,000 check into my account the manager at Wells Fargo Bank, 3010 Williams Boulevard Southwest, Cedar Rapids, IA (319) 398-4760 insisted that he had to put a hold on the deposited funds since the check wasn't drawn on another Wells Fargo account. It was a check from a public school district so the deposit is good as gold. I've deposited over $300,000 checks before with no problems at all. Now, I have checks written to my suppliers that may have a problem clearing since they won't acknowledge that the funds are deposited. Wells Fargo is really starting to stink!

My business has carried our main banking account with Wells Fargo for over ten years. Today as I attempted to deposit a $68,000 check into my account the manager at Wells Fargo Bank, 3010 Williams Boulevard Southwest, Cedar Rapids, IA (319) 398-4760 insisted that he had to put a hold on the deposited funds since the check wasn't drawn on another Wells Fargo account. It was a check from a public school district so the deposit is good as gold. I've deposited over $300,000 checks before with no problems at all. Now, I have checks written to my suppliers that may have a problem clearing since they won't acknowledge that the funds are deposited. Wells Fargo is really starting to stink!

It was my first time to make a deposit on this branch today and the service was so poor so much so that I had to ask the guys(paid bankers for sure) roaming around the branch chatting and acting like they're modeling their suits,..."if there were really just two booths opened out of the 7 or more".Clients(including me) were waiting in line and by the time I made loud comments of"is booth 4,5,6 opened?"...coz I can see tellers seated there doin' nothing....(for an interval of 5mins not calling the next client-so sad that was slow)that was as if the cue that they would call those patiently waiting to get the service they deserve!!!I very well remember Robert de Niro who once said"you waste my time-you steal from me!!!And i felt exactly the same coz I still need to run errands for my daughter after that horrible banking experience.We are entrusting you of our hard earned money so please give what's due to us.PLAIN AND SIMPLE.Let this be a constructive criticism and hope you make a quantum leap and PLEASE be fair-DO YOUR WORK!!!I will never fall victim...I mean fall in line in your branch again.

I have had deposits with Wells Fargo for years, but this is the most unprofessional branch I've encountered. The turnover in staff (including managers) is constant. The tellers are typically young and inexperienced, with a scripted (fake) friendliness ("Welcome to Wells Fargo... How was your weekend..."). Two months ago, the teller withdrew money from the wrong account (after me reminding her TWICE of the correct account), costing me endless headaches and return visits in order to resolve with the manager. All said, this is the way of all corporate flesh: a race to the bottom in terms of wages paid to workers in order to reduce costs and maximize profits. Very, very sad.

I gaive the staff a "fair" rating only because they gave us water and suckers during our first visit. The second visit, we recieved friendly service, but no suckers or water. The third and fourth visit - they were still friendly, but by this time we realized they do NOT know what they are doing! They were trying to correct mistakes they made during the first visit, but I finally gave up 30 days later with no access to my pay for 2 weeks. No checks, no debit card issued, no return phone calls. My regular branch in Redmond took care of their multiple mistakes in under an hour. Do NOT use this branch.

Plz take it from someone with inside information!!! The reason all of you 300 plus people are having poor customer service issues and bad experiences with Wells Fargo is because they actually don't care about their employees or you for that matter!! All they care about is the $$$$. I have a family member in his 20's that has worked several yrs with them and as a manager......he always brings the #'s up and has great ppl skills however they refuse to approve him a full staff to run the bank efficiently!! He works long hours and does anything he can to take care of customers since they are so short of help!! He has dealt with dangerous blood pressure problems for a few years since beginning this job! I keep telling him it's not worth it yet he keeps believing things will get better! I also have a friend in his 60's that worked as a financial advisor when they were Wachovia and he left and has his own business now when the culture begin to change to $$$$!!! I can't imagine how a corporation can continue to stay in business that treats their customers/clients and employees in such a manner!!! They have serious issues and everyone thought it would get better when Wells Fargo took over but it continues to decline. I advise seriously considering taking your $$$$ and finding a smaller more personable bank where you can build relationships with someone who actually cares!!! Alot of Wells Fargo employees care but after awhile just get fried with the invisible squasher that now rules Wells Fargo culture!!! A literal vulture!! Just speaking 'TRUTH'!
