Considering this bank corporation has the worst rep, it shows, there's usually under staffed and completely rude, for my to do one 300$ deposit it's a average wait time of 25 mins lol, if I come in for change they yell at me for not calling in a day ahead to make the order lol your a bank do your job, several times iv had to return bc they give me more money then I gave them in change, iv seen 2 employes fired for this and there lucky in a honest person bc both times they gave me over 300$ in cash when I only need 100 lol.

When you sign up for any services at this bank, please watch your account carefully.  I have had two terrible experices within the last six months. First I got a home equity line of credit from Wells Fargo and my wife and I specifically told them to do an automatic deduction out of her checking account.  The next month I noticed my checking account was overdrawn and couldn't understand why.  Yes, you guessed instead of taking it out of my wife's account they took it out of mine.  This, after signing all the appropriate paperwork and giving them my wife's account number.  Had to make a special trip to the bank and spend almost 40 minutes there to straighten it out.  Next, I was talked into opening a "Premier Checking Account" because the banker told me all the benifits I  could receive from it.  He assured me that all fees would be waived and it would cost me nothing.  This was the only reason that I agreed to to open the account.  Well, needless to say, when I checked my on-line account information I noticed a -$30.00 on that account.  When I opened the details of the account, I noticed that I was being charged a $30.00 monthly fee.  Well I called the bank and they looked at their records and said that indeed I should not have been charged a fee and they would tranfer me to the PMA account section.  When I spoke to the PMA office the representative told me that I had to keep this crazy high amount in this account to have the fee waived.  I told him what the Wells Fargo Rep told me about the fees and his response was that that Rep. didn't work for the PMA section.  He said he could waive half the fees.  I was livid.  NO!  I don't want to pay any fees because I would not have signed up for the account if I know there were any fees.  After about 20 seconds of silence he finally said that he could waive the whole fee but he would have to close the account.  Fine with me, because I didn't need it anyway.  After that, I called my Branch at Geary and Arguillo to ask if I could speak to the person who set up the account.  They said I would have to come to the branch to determine who that was.  Really? You can't pull up my account to determine who the rep was?  I then asked can I talk to someone in general about my account.  No, they don't give any information about the accounts over the phone.  Needless to say, I am seriously thinking about changing my bank.  All the happy talk and smiles you get when you enter that bank seems to be just a smokescreen for incompetance.  I am totally through with them.

Callus Disregard for Average Customer

Customer since takeover of Wachovia. Mid 5 figures deposit range. Branch manager promised to get back to me by phone or email about why Wells Fargo would not witness a minor change to my Trust. Wrote to branch manager Feb. 27, 2013, and never heard a word. Wrote to Regional Manager on April 18, 2013 and never heard a word. Obvious corporate policy that this megabank cares nothing about the average customer, just big business. Banks too big to fail will kill the economy again at some point. April 25, 2013, moved my account to a credit union.

worst customer service I have ever experienced, tellers are like puppets, Would actually give the bank a 5 star rating for Ignorance

I have my bank account set up to where if I don't have any money my card should have beeen DECLINED! I understand that I should keep up with my account but when I have a busy day I swipe my card and when it tells me it declines I use the cash I have on me.. This lady TONYA at the 1-800 number is a complete ***** I have never talked to someone with such horrible costumer service! I asked to speak to a supervisor she laughed and put me on hold and shortly after disconnected me. I'm pretty close to closing my account because I shouldn't feel like trash when I'm trusting this joke of a bank with my money!!! If any manager of Wells Fargo cares. I'd appreciate a respond because I've had it!!

This branch stinks.  It takes the staff forever to get something done.  Always making up excuses for why something you requested has not been taken care of.  They beg you to open an account with them and when they do, your just a number to them.  I probably will close my account at this branch.

All the nice smiles and fake happy attitudes are only good for about two minutes. Heaven forbid if you have to do any other banking besides with a teller. I have had poor experiences the last 4 times dealing with bankers. They rush to get rid of you when they make it clear they need to go to lunch, they don't call you and follow up when they say they will. And sometimes their prying questions into my personal life just go too damn far!!!! I'm seriously considering changing banks after this last visit!!!

Staff is not knowledgable; they do not seem intelligent or educated.
Staff is not professional.
Staff does not focus on customer service.
Staff does not care about customer convenience.

I have banked at this location for 30 years. The bank has changed hands several times. It has gotten worse and worse.

Disheartening!

I went in today because I misplaced my debit card. I needed an instant card while my new debit card was in the mail. I was asked by my very unprofessional and rude banker Why cant you use cash? What do you need to buy? First of all it is not his business what I spend my money on and second I need a card not cash, also for reasons that is not his business. He was short with me and showed no care on his face. I don't think he smiled once. He denied me a card and I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to know why I couldn't get a temporary card. She told me that they could not issue me one because it is a gift of courtesy for clients and I had already had two, years ago. I then walked out and called the same bank and was told by another banker that all I needed was two forms of identification. That it would be no problem. I then called the 1-800 number and they also told me it should be no problem. The banker I had simply didn't care enough to issue me one for reasons I'll never know. I went to the other branch in st. Cloud and they were thankfully helpful in giving me one no problem.

Wells Fargo has gone WAY down hill. I've been a customer for over 25 years. I have one particular banker that I like dealing with who is knowledgeable and pleasant, and we have a very professional relationship every time. Everyone else in this bank, particularly at the Broadway Branch in Salt Lake City is a nightmare. The branch "manager" there is a complete and utter joke. I have over 6 digits in this bank, run 3 businesses, have paid off 2 auto loans and on my first dealing with him he kept referring to me as "man". Like, hey "man".  I went to him one specific time, in addition to being completely unprofessional and disrespectful, he completely sidestepped my issue, and re-directed me saying he could not help me. I have been helped by other branches with the same issue, several times before. I would just avoid this bank altogether, and if you can't, especially stay away from the broadway branch in salt lake city. I'm currently looking for a new bank.

This bank turn into a mess, the branch manager at one time cared  about there customers. Spent time discussing opportunites, but with Wells policy on management titles what a joke. You had a better branch with a "less qualified manage" I think not. IT is like a revoling door in that branch you might as well bank on line. You get more response.

I truly do not understand why you keep this bank open. The people are totally unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. Yesterday I went there to process a transaction that should have taken 10 minutes. It took 40! There was no manager on duty and the people should not have been left alone! The young woman at the drive through used very inappropriate language while I was there also. It was terrible and I will never go back. You should consider closing this branch location.

I agree this location is horrible they are the most unprofesional branch the supposed to be lead teller there her name is vanessa is very ghetto she\'s always cussing everytime I\'m sitting with a banker I can only hear her dirty mouth talking very loud and dirty disturbing comments among other workers very rude when you have your 6 yr old kids there listening to bad words and her talking about her private parts.And all my friends and family that have been there have seen and heard this young lady saying and doing very unprofessional things also they are always listening to very loud music in the front side that has songs with bad words what kind of a bank does that NEVER returning there and that girl vanessa should not even be working there with how unprofessional she is.

The service at this bank is terrible! I have met a couple of employees that are very professional while the employee I had to work with in a transaction involving a significant dollar amount was terrible! I have been with the bank for more than 10 years and have been treated really well at the other locations at Wells Fargo as a I have been a good customer through the years. None of that mattered to this employee who didn't even have the courtesy to thank me for doing business with them at the end. I will definitely not go to this location ever again!!!

I have been a wells fargo costumer for 7+ years and I have to say that the Colonies branch is by far the worst branch i have ever done business at. The customer service manager Pamela has no clue what customer service is. It appalls me how they can be so stupid and under trained... We are talking about the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER!!!!!!!Every single time I go in to either make a deposit or get cash, they come up with a new set of rules and requirements. I go 20 minutes away to the Haven branch with the same exact request and I am in and out of there within a few minutes. They laugh when I tell them what I was just told at the other branch. The problem is that the colonies branch is closest to me and in my way to work so its convenient to stop there. Not Anymore!!!!

They deserve negative stars.  The teller, whose name I will save when I contact Wells Fargo corporate, refused to give me a deposit envelope.  I like to place all the paperwork and money for a deposit in an envelope whether I use the ATM, night drop, or go inside.  The Lee Vista branch provides much better customer service.  I am appalled.  I have not been treated this poorly by a bank since 1986 when I was 16 years old by a teller at Sun Bank, which is now SunTrust.  I closed my account and have not returned to Sun Bank/SunTrust since then.  I voiced my displeasure as I was leaving, and no one came out to inquire as why I was voicing displeasure.  Are you kidding me?  A bank that is as HUGE as Wells Fargo is can not provide deposit envelopes to their customers.  At one time you could acquire deposit envelopes directly from the ATM and therefore avoid the lines and poor customer service provided by condescending tellers asking a boatload of inappropriate questions turning a simple request into a total nightmare.  Shame on the teller.  Shame on the manager.  Shame on Wells Fargo.  This pathetic and shameful level of customer service was provided at 101 South Alafaya Trail in Orlando, FL 32828.

they do not follow thru with any phone calls or transactions within private banking. if you are transferring funds, do not expect to see them in your account unless you are present within the branch. very polite, but poor business skills.

i hate going to this bank there is no privacy everybody around you hears everything. how much your withdrawing and how do you want the cash back. Really why not just give everybody in the bank a copy of what im doing. the other thing I hate about this bank is the fingerprinting that they do. if I have money in an account and you take that deposit from me why do I have to do a fingerprint to withdraw I give you the same info to deposit as I do to withdraw name acct number. fingerprinting I feel is a violation of my privacy. and finally the bank usually is not crowded but the wait that makes me mad is that I am not taken care of until the employees behind the counter are finished talking to each other... very immature employees. they actually want you to hear how they were partying that weekend. or where there going on vacation and how they booked there flight. oh and the best is when they talk about a previous customer that was there and the employees experience with that customer. makes you wonder if your the next topic with the catty girls and boys behind the counter when you leave.

“HORRIBLE!!!”
They closed my account without a good reason, they accused me of fraud just because they took the word of a BITTER manager at the Perris, CA Bracnh on Perris Blvd. ( BEWARE!!! She is out to get people). When I went to a different branch to withdraw money from my account (I did not want to see the BITTER one) I was notified that my account was in the process of being closed, I tried to provide them with proof, I asked them to review my case, but they just turned me away. When I got home I called the Wells Fargo fraud and loss department and they were so rude, I had hopes that maybe they would hear me out & ask for proof but they were VERY SHORT with me asked to see nothing and basically said F*** OFF, all this happened at the beginning of March it is now April 1 and the joke is on me; because I have yet to receive a check from them. Once again I called them today and they have no set time to cut me a check and they are even returning my income tax refund back to the IRS!! I had read very bad reviews of Wells Fargo before I opened my account; now I wish I would have listened. The worse banking experience of my life, I am a hard working woman and now my hard earned money is in Well Fargo's GREEDY hands.

A financial advisor here had my elderly Mother, a widow and a Ridgefield resident for over 50 years, take out a $20,000 dollar home equity loan that she never needed, wanted, or requested. She went along with it simply because he insisted. Her plan was to not spend a dime of it and then cancel it as soon as she was able.

Was his name Ray? I have the contact info for his District Manager as well as the guy who does compliance (ie, fires people for fraud.) Don't let this guy get away with it.

This is the worst bank ever. The management must be sleeping with the underlings in order for them to have a job.
The nicest people in there are the tellers, but if you expect the management to be trained in customer service or be able to think, you will be disappointed.
