Well, thanks to Alen Daniel at the 4323 W. Peoria, Glendale, AZ 85302 branch, I no longer have access to my online banking! I was in the branch yesterday (waited 45 min) adding my name to a family member's acct when Alen insisted I provide my social security # to update my profile. I have been with Wells since they took over my previous bank (1987), & no one at WFB has ever insisted on this info. Thanks to his adding it & not doing his job properly, he caused me to have 2 separate WFB profiles that can't be merged- this I found out today when I tried to access WB bill pay and my add'l account online. CS at the 1 800# was no help & insisted I was not enrolled on Online Bill Pay, so she enrolled me again w/o checking further! Not only that, but they can't guar. any of my online bill payments were made yesterday or today or that any further payments will be made! Further, they can't guarantee that they will not lose my 30+ bill pay acct payees & payment info. To add injury to insult and my 3+ hour ordeal today, I now have to return to the bank with my 85 y.o. mom next week & start all over because Alen DID NOT add me to her account! This was the VERY REASON why we were at WFB in the first place! This guy is their credit specialist. I have, unfortunately stayed with WFB because I have 8 accounts, did all my online bill pay banking for convenience, and it was just too time consuming and complicated to switch banks. However, if WFB can not fix this mess they have created by Monday, June 8th, 2013, myself and my entire family will pull our 20+ accts from WFB and go elsewhere. We already pay too high of an int. rate on our WFB Visas anyway, and it takes a near act of God to get a loan from WFB even when you have an almost 800 credit score. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND CHOOSE ANOTHER BANK to save yourself grief!

I had the same problem with the bank in Rockledge FL. The teller keep seducing my husband, she knew he was married with 3 kids and one on the way and that didn't stop her, and on top of all that the more she keep at it she actually won. And although he is also to blame I just think if just maybe we didn't bank there that my marriage wouldn't be in such crises and my poor children is also suffering. I wouldn't recommend anyone who is married to send their husbands to wells fargo bank.

Almost every time I visit this bank I am shocked at how the person at the drive thru window treats me. I have 4 accounts at Wells Fargo but I am in the process of closing every account.She acts like when she is cashing your check that the funds will come out of her salary. Poor poor ignorant people.

actually if she cashes a bad check she wont have a salary...so yea be patient bc unless you plan to suppoer her when she gets fired then let her do her job!!!

I don't even know where to begin. I signed up for free checking, then 2 months later I got a 10.00 fee for managing the account. I said I have free checking,they would tell me I have to sign up for this other checking to get free checking, I switch over, month later I get 10.00 fee. They are dishonest,it is all about business and taking your money.

I had the same problem, they kept substracting from my account fees of 10.00, total of 50.00, due to a minimum amount I should have had but they never gave me this information in my contract
Wondering if they can do that and just get away with it. Or if gathering unsatisfied customers because of this reason will get us our money back,
I know about other lady who is very upset as the amount substracted from her account is over 1k dlls., and the 1800 nbrs are so helpless

These guys have the worst customer service ever. The staff appears to be friendly at first and then they show their true colors - They have "Who the hell are you" attitude. They appear so busy like they are running the entire country whereas they don't have a clue as to what they are doing. I would especially stay clear of the guy named JACOB - He is a guy who changes colors faster than a Chameleon. He sees million customers in a day (in his own words) and should be promoted to be the CEO of the company. As for customer service - Nobody has any idea as to what that means.
This review is for Wells Fargo @ Palmer and McNeil only. I am not complaining about other branches where things have been smooth

sorry but the bank on Castle Ridge just ruined my whole experience with every wells fargo--thanks to RAMA SHAKNKAR & the drive thru guy (young with black glasses). Employees like them make banking very inconvenient & make customers feel like they mean nothing!Thanks to them I will be closing my accounts! Rama also had a hard time understanding English! Maybe her accent got in the way--Every time I told her to hold on to let me speak--she kept interrupting me! I had even put her on hold & had ASKED her to hold on a sec-only to come back to the line & hear rambling on! She would not give me the name of the MAIN MANAGER-according to Rama he/she were out of vacay-but could help me. I wanted the name that way I could follow up with my complaint. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BANK--THEY are HORRIBLE!!!

Wells Fargo as a chain is the WORST bank you could ever use. After the incompetent tellers had repeatedly screwed up my transactions, i'm charged multiple overdraft fees and the manager over the phone says, "well i'm sorry you can't see it, we can't see it, so we gave you the money and then overdrafted you" -THREE TIMES. Not only that but this was after a teller had recently given me 300 extra dollars when cashing a check and as a good Samaritan I RETURNED IT. Apparently i'm supposed to be a good human being but they don't have to take responsibility for their screw-ups. WORST. I am closing my account and will NEVER bank with them again.

This bank has the absolute worst staff mind one or two tellers I have ever witnessed. I have been an account holder since 1996 when it was a different bank name. Never in my life have I considered changing banks as often until I walked into this branch. There are 6-7 people running around behind the counter only 1 maybe 2 tellers are actually dealing with costumers standing present in the facility, seems like a poor model, really makes them look like their not doing their job. I say this because if your doing inner office work, why not do that in your inner offices not behind the counter, and why are there always like 3 people standing at one terminal and not helping customers, it's horrible to stand in their and watch them stutter around. Half the time their systems are conveniently down at lunch time with a billion people on line. Their staff rotates constantly, so you never build a good working relationship with anyone in the building. A service you may have been provided by one teller for a month may suddenly be denied by another teller a few weeks later, the rules change constantly there. At one point they said they couldn't cash my ADP payroll work checks there to me, I looked at them like they were crazy. Their service is embarrassing and it makes me nervous to trust handing off my hard worked money to a bunch of lost tellers. That bank needs all new employees starting from the big lazy managers to the badly trained tellers.

i walked in the bank at 3:45 with a huge amount of money written on checks from wells fargo, the cuctomer service person hemmed and hawed until my deposits were not put in until after 4 i was told my funds would be available at 12:01 am...WELL it is 8 am and they are NOT available. THIS is truly a horrible bank, i knew i did not like this bank as they had charged me to cash checks in the past and a friend i went on a trip with had issues getting money out because they want to hold on to peoples money longer than necessary. THINK TWICE ABOUT WELLS FARGO!

this branch 110% sucks. They would not cash my check because of my I.D. a ID that was issued to me via DMV. So I was told that I needed to go to my bank and cash it cash they woulnt do it because of my ID. This is the kind of BS stuff that goes on with them and why I left Wellsfargo years ago.

this branch 110% sucks. They would not cash my check because of my I.D. a ID that was issued to me via DMV. So I was told that I needed to go to my bank and cash it cash they woulnt do it because of my ID. This is the kind of BS stuff that goes on with them and why I left Wellsfargo years ago.

I used to have an account here back in the day before transferring my bank account to another bank. This bank has horrible customer service is solely based on the foot traffic from the highway and they give the other Bank in town a horrible reputation based on their service. Wells Fargo Bank on State Street truly understand customer service and they greet every customer by name and if you had to choose a better location I would say go to State Street.

My husband was sick so his boss went to deposit his check. she had a deposit slip. The teller was rude and then messed up the deposit, putting it in once and taking it out again. Then the teller put it in again. To top it off, the teller put a hold on the check. We get a check every month from his work and never before did it need a hold. Not to mention that there is enough in my savings to cover the check. The CD's alone would cover it 10 times over. I am not happy! I will be going in to raise hell in more than one branch tomorrow.

I was lied by General Manger and other employee about CD rates and bank fees. They took my money without providing complete info about accounts. On top they lied about credit card rewards and signed me up for CC protection that I never requested or had desire to have. On top of CD they opened multiple accounts that I never wanted and I bet no fees was a lie. All they want is to get your money and charge as much as possible. I'm in the process of taking my money back. Worst bank experience ever. Wells Fargo in Linden NJ 07036

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The customer service at this organization is absolutely terrible. The tellers are absolutely rude as soon as you walk into the branch. If you have a concern regarding your banking needs and call by phone, you might as well talk to the wall. I got hung up on by a teller because I said this is asinine and she thought I was cussing her. I signed a form that would allow wire transfers from our phone and they could not do this because I had to go in person (makes perfect sense that I can wire transfer when I the account holder authorized the information). I would never go back and bank with Wells Fargo ever again. They are a terrible bank and the people at these facilities are terrible individuals.

Worst Customer Service!

I can't believe how poorly I have been treated at this branch!! Once a week I use thus branch to order change for the business I work at. On several occasions it was clear that the teller had no clue how to efficiently do his/her job. I recently went here on the usual business, but was also curious about opening an account for myself. As I entered, I held the door for another customer. She was better dressed than I, and as we entered, she was greeted warmly, I got barely a glance. She stood behind me in line, and when it was my turn the teller looked right past me and asked her to step right up. She insisted I was first, and only then did the teller give me a first look. Might I add that he recoiled as though I were covered in filth and rolled his eyes as he 'invited' me to the counter. My transaction was short, but throughout it was blatantly clear that he had better things to do. Needless to say, I am now repulsed by the idea of opening an account with them! Last week I witnessed a female teller very poorly handle a transaction in which there was a language barrier and as the frustrated customers walked away, not having resolved the issue with their account, the teller turned to the manager and they proceeded to talk **** about them! Today was the last straw. I attempted to make change, and as the employee was finishing up my order his manager walked up and informed me that I would be charged unless I opened an account, rather than inviting me to open one. Screw this place, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I stood at the teller for AT LEAST 45 minutes. Their stay is all new and ever changing. This must be one of the worth branches. While I was waiting that long, there was a guy next to me was there before I was and was still waiting after I had left! When I came back later to make a quick deposit, I saw he was still there waiting. He told me "its easy putting 10 years of savings in but try and it all out at once and they'll give you hell." Poor guy, he was cute too.

What Did She Mean by That?

Yesterday I went into this branch to make a quick deposit. I will note that this is not my usual location. I grabbed a deposit slip, filled it out and proceeded through the line. When I got to the counter, **** said, "I can take you over here." I let her know I wanted to cash and deposit two checks so they would show up immediately. She replies, "OK, IF YOUR ACCOUNT WILL LET YOU." I answered back with, "what do you mean?" She stated, "well it depends on what type of account you have and how much is in it." WHOA!!!!! At this point I felt very offended. Why would you make such a comment when I have to swipe my ATM card for one, which means I have a checking account, and for two, you will also be able to see exactly how much money I have in the account?
I let her finish the transaction, said thank you and on the way out, asked a consultant who the manager was of this branch. I could not believe the lack of customer service or really just lack of manners. I called back to the branch and asked for the manager by name. I was told she was in a meeting and insisted she could help. I explained to her that I had been a customer for over 10 years and I never heard such a comment, and it made me feel uncomfortable. She replied, "Well we cant see if you have been a customer with us for 10 years or three months." Did she really just add upset to injury? "I will coach her on this matter." I said alright and thank you, but I only felt worse.
It should not matter if you see someone on a regular basis or not to show COMMON COURTESY. I thought that was a part of the Wells Fargo motto.
