I agree this location is horrible they are the most unprofesional branch the supposed to be lead teller there her name is vanessa is very ghetto she\'s always cussing everytime I\'m sitting with a banker I can only hear her dirty mouth talking very loud and dirty disturbing comments among other workers very rude when you have your 6 yr old kids there listening to bad words and her talking about her private parts.And all my friends and family that have been there have seen and heard this young lady saying and doing very unprofessional things also they are always listening to very loud music in the front side that has songs with bad words what kind of a bank does that NEVER returning there and that girl vanessa should not even be working there with how unprofessional she is.

The service at this bank is terrible! I have met a couple of employees that are very professional while the employee I had to work with in a transaction involving a significant dollar amount was terrible! I have been with the bank for more than 10 years and have been treated really well at the other locations at Wells Fargo as a I have been a good customer through the years. None of that mattered to this employee who didn't even have the courtesy to thank me for doing business with them at the end. I will definitely not go to this location ever again!!!

I have been a wells fargo costumer for 7+ years and I have to say that the Colonies branch is by far the worst branch i have ever done business at. The customer service manager Pamela has no clue what customer service is. It appalls me how they can be so stupid and under trained... We are talking about the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER!!!!!!!Every single time I go in to either make a deposit or get cash, they come up with a new set of rules and requirements. I go 20 minutes away to the Haven branch with the same exact request and I am in and out of there within a few minutes. They laugh when I tell them what I was just told at the other branch. The problem is that the colonies branch is closest to me and in my way to work so its convenient to stop there. Not Anymore!!!!

They deserve negative stars.  The teller, whose name I will save when I contact Wells Fargo corporate, refused to give me a deposit envelope.  I like to place all the paperwork and money for a deposit in an envelope whether I use the ATM, night drop, or go inside.  The Lee Vista branch provides much better customer service.  I am appalled.  I have not been treated this poorly by a bank since 1986 when I was 16 years old by a teller at Sun Bank, which is now SunTrust.  I closed my account and have not returned to Sun Bank/SunTrust since then.  I voiced my displeasure as I was leaving, and no one came out to inquire as why I was voicing displeasure.  Are you kidding me?  A bank that is as HUGE as Wells Fargo is can not provide deposit envelopes to their customers.  At one time you could acquire deposit envelopes directly from the ATM and therefore avoid the lines and poor customer service provided by condescending tellers asking a boatload of inappropriate questions turning a simple request into a total nightmare.  Shame on the teller.  Shame on the manager.  Shame on Wells Fargo.  This pathetic and shameful level of customer service was provided at 101 South Alafaya Trail in Orlando, FL 32828.

they do not follow thru with any phone calls or transactions within private banking. if you are transferring funds, do not expect to see them in your account unless you are present within the branch. very polite, but poor business skills.

i hate going to this bank there is no privacy everybody around you hears everything. how much your withdrawing and how do you want the cash back. Really why not just give everybody in the bank a copy of what im doing. the other thing I hate about this bank is the fingerprinting that they do. if I have money in an account and you take that deposit from me why do I have to do a fingerprint to withdraw I give you the same info to deposit as I do to withdraw name acct number. fingerprinting I feel is a violation of my privacy. and finally the bank usually is not crowded but the wait that makes me mad is that I am not taken care of until the employees behind the counter are finished talking to each other... very immature employees. they actually want you to hear how they were partying that weekend. or where there going on vacation and how they booked there flight. oh and the best is when they talk about a previous customer that was there and the employees experience with that customer. makes you wonder if your the next topic with the catty girls and boys behind the counter when you leave.

“HORRIBLE!!!”
They closed my account without a good reason, they accused me of fraud just because they took the word of a BITTER manager at the Perris, CA Bracnh on Perris Blvd. ( BEWARE!!! She is out to get people). When I went to a different branch to withdraw money from my account (I did not want to see the BITTER one) I was notified that my account was in the process of being closed, I tried to provide them with proof, I asked them to review my case, but they just turned me away. When I got home I called the Wells Fargo fraud and loss department and they were so rude, I had hopes that maybe they would hear me out & ask for proof but they were VERY SHORT with me asked to see nothing and basically said F*** OFF, all this happened at the beginning of March it is now April 1 and the joke is on me; because I have yet to receive a check from them. Once again I called them today and they have no set time to cut me a check and they are even returning my income tax refund back to the IRS!! I had read very bad reviews of Wells Fargo before I opened my account; now I wish I would have listened. The worse banking experience of my life, I am a hard working woman and now my hard earned money is in Well Fargo's GREEDY hands.

A financial advisor here had my elderly Mother, a widow and a Ridgefield resident for over 50 years, take out a $20,000 dollar home equity loan that she never needed, wanted, or requested. She went along with it simply because he insisted. Her plan was to not spend a dime of it and then cancel it as soon as she was able.

Was his name Ray? I have the contact info for his District Manager as well as the guy who does compliance (ie, fires people for fraud.) Don't let this guy get away with it.

This is the worst bank ever. The management must be sleeping with the underlings in order for them to have a job.
The nicest people in there are the tellers, but if you expect the management to be trained in customer service or be able to think, you will be disappointed.

This is a terrible bank. My car was paid off and I had a check made out to me and Wells Fargo from my car insurance company. The check was for $578 for repairs on my car for hailstorm damage. My insurance agent told me that I could cash the check as soon as my car was paid off. I was sent to different tellers, my fingerprint taken and finally I was sent to a personal banker who also didn't know what to do. She called a few numbers, each time getting directed to another number to call. She finally told me that she had to mail my check to another location and that they would write me a check. I have been waiting since last Thursday, so I called Wells Fargo Dealer Services. They said they have never received the check nor do they know where it is. So, now I have to go back to that branch and find out where the check was mailed.  I am very upset at the incompetence and don't understand why no one at that branch could not have called Wells Fargo Dealer services to find out what they needed to do and also to verify that my car was indeed paid off. Also, I called the person I had dealt with at Wells Fargo yesterday morning and have yet to receive a call back.

Spoke with a teller that was very poorly informed.  When I asked questions about having them fax paperwork on my mortgage and make a payment there....I was told "I don't know...I guess you can".  Please do not waste your time and bank at this branch

Quick Recent Experience Has Declined From Satisfactory To TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY IN (1) BUSINESS DAY-
   Went into branch on Fri. 3/22/13 to obtain a cash - advance from a credit card. Was directed to see a CSSR regarding a review of current accounts. After a 40 min. wait, was introduced to Jamie Hodorovick, a new CSSR bank rep. She then proceeded to tie accounts together to get the full benefits to which I was entitled to, which I was all for. Then per her instructions, I needed to shred my business debit card. According to her, I had (2) business accounts open when I should have had only one.
   So today (Mon. 3/25) I telephoned her twice - both times leaving a message with someone who assured me she would receive it and reply promptly. Here it is the end of the business day and still no reply. I wound up calling customer service to reorder another debit card to replace the one I was told to destroy. She stressed the fact on a couple occasions on her abilities to take care of her customers, which proved to be just talk. And what about IF I had more urgent needs which needed to be addressed? It would be hard to allow someone who seems to be "so tuned out" on small issues to gain the trust to take charge of larger matters a banking customer may eventually encounter.
   In closing, there is no need for any further contact from you or your bank. Your word and business cards are better off on your desktop than in the hands of those to whom your bank services.

i had my account with wells fargo for 14 years (business and personal), i recently opened another business account with them, what a mistake.
they use every excuse in the book to hold your funds (up to 20 days), before you open the account it's all smiles and empty promises, after its open - start chasing them for your money.
whatever you do - DO NOT SIGN FOR WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD MERCHANT ACCOUNT, DO NOT!!!!
they are not cheap (one of the most expansive out there) but the problem is that they will not release the funds to you unless you show them copies of private information (copy of your contract with your client, invoices etc..) if not - you will not get your money, YOU - the "valued customer" now become a suspected thief, serious; i had my client call her credit card company to inform them that she will be making the payment transaction before we ever did it, my money is now held hostage for 10 days - until i will provide them with that private information that they are NOT ENTITLED TO, of course - they have your money and if you want to get paid (remember - my client account was charged 10 days ago) you must degrade your business integrity of client privacy and commit an offense by sharing your clients private information with a 3rd party.
when making a deposit - pray for your funds on time; it always takes having to talk to someone in order to see your money available under a week, this makes me feel like i am dealing with some shady "mafia style" godfather situation...
enough. people stay away from this bank if you know what is good for you and your business.

I have been trying to call the bank for a half an hour during their business hours from 9 am to 9 30, no answering machine, no automated choices, the phone just rings and rings and rings, they must be busy reading all of the "wonderful" reviews they get.

Zero stars! Last year we had to withdraw large sum of cash from our account, went to the bank and they said they had no such cash (50,000) on hand and we had to make an appointment to do that. Cool, understandable. We made an appointment which was two week later. Came to our appointment, they told us they had no cash. We waited for 2 weeks and they were not ready to come up with our own money in 2 weeks. We had to sit in the bank for an hour waiting for them calling other branches and scrambling our money together.

There has to be zero starts available to give this bank. Instead of listing all their incompetence in one review, I am going to take my time and write separate review for each. Came to use my safety deposit box (why do I still have the box with this bank? because they required 6 months ahead payment for it, trust me I will run from there as soon as I can, I already switched to BoA) and they did not check my id prior to letting me into the safety deposit vault. Wow! They did not check if I had wells fargo card either, just go ahead!

Came to the bank to use notary services, the paper I needed notarized was in foreign language. Notary refused to notarize it because they can not read it. It is not the job of a notary to know or be responsible for the content of the document, their job is to verify the person's identity who is signing the document. I called Secretary of State (Nevada) who trains notaries ans they verified I was right. People in this bank do not know what they are doing. Go elsewhere.

Wells Fargo is nothing but a den of thieves. Liars and cowards are everywhere. Move your money before they steal it from you. Google Wells Fargo complaints and see the thousands of consumer complaints. Horrible, horrible people. I will ask God every day to curse the people at Wells Fargo that I have dealt with. There is a special rung in hell for Wells Fargo people I have no doubt. Big bad branch manager, congratulations on your b in finance 101 that landed you a job at one of the most corrupt national banks in the country. What a sad and pathetic person to are in the middle o no where mississippi. Good luck with you miserable life making barely over min. wage. I bet your wife is screwing around on you too. Pathetic coward of a man.

Worst bank, worst customer service...  We paid off a second mortgage many years ago.  Wells Fargo mismanaged the paperwork many times, year after year...  The loan is paid off but the account is still "open".  I went to the branch 4 times, called the customer service center many times... and the issue has not resolved yet.
